I was amazed at how well the item came out. It was exactly as the picture that was provided. It arrived in a timely manner also reasonably priced. Updates were also provided in the process. Anyone interested in this i would highly recommend.

The craftsmanship is amazing. When I opened the package I was brought to tears. In fact, we all cried. It looks just like him. We loss him back in January to cancer. It snuck up on us very fast. This is a great memory of him to last a lifetime. Thank you so very much!

I ordered the largest size of my dog. It is beautiful and the best thing I have ever ordered. I will forever cherish it even when my soulmate dog dies. I decided on one picture and after I submitted the order there was another suggested purchase that took my breath away. I sent an email to the help desk asking if they could change to the suggested photo. They emailed me back the next day saying yes.

I am thoroughly pleased with the glass! I have two more pieces on the way and can hardly wait to see them!

My daughter-in-law got this for me when I lost my Floyd, no it is not “real” stained glass, but is really good quality and I was so amazed by it looking just like him! I love it! I can see him every day now! Best gift EVER! Thank you!

The quality was mediocre. I had a 'stain glass' portrait of my late dog done and, yes it did look like the mock up to a degree, but it's low quality glass and not true stain glass. More of a printed image put onto a regular piece of glass. No texture, not much effort and cheap material. Overall I'm dissapointed in the purchase. Won't be purchasing anything else moving forward.

The mock up clearly made the image out lines look raised like stain glass. It was not as advertised and I stand by my original review. The quality of the glass and chain are awful and the product was not as advertised and not worth the price.

If I could give more stars I would from the moment of my order till the time I got it nothing but excellence.Sending a picture of the finished product before I even received It was amazing, to the thank you note of appreciation for my order was just truly thoughtful and the finish product itself I was amazed it’s beautiful!! Poor quality. Item was delivered in thin cardboard box completely shattered, cut my hand on the broken glass. The sun catcher is NOT stained glass as advertised but a plastic print placed on glass. Emailed 3 times for a refund. No response.

I can't believe how happy I am with this product. It is an amazing representation of the picture that I uploaded and very well made. It's beautiful and I'm very happy with this purchase. My only regret is that I didn't order the largest one.
