Painful experience
I ordered a business critical item that was in stock and paid an expedited overnight shipping rate. I expected to get the item in 1 to 2 business days. 3 business days in and I haven't even received a receipt from telephonyware.com. The only receipt I have is from PayPal.
I cannot get anyone to answer the phone.
I cannot get any response via email.
I cannot get any response via voicemail.
Telephonyware... if you're going to offer expedited shipping you must also fulfill the orders in a timely fashion!
Now I'm left trying to cancel the order because I'm forced to source parts from another vendor.
Not a good experience.
