They promised me multiple currency and I specifically mentioned I needed recurring payments for my clients, they said yes of course we have it. Contract signed, "actually the multiple currency is not available at the moment and you've been refused to do recurring payment.
And now to close my account they are asking a month of payment. Very ethical business.

Pathetic customer support. Their risk department is useless. They don’t even respond to their clients and will hold the funds by stating PAYMENTS ARE SENT TO ISSUER BANK VERIFICATION and their verification will never go through.
They hold my funds more than 2 months with same reason and i usually received only three payments on accounts. After almost 2 months i argued with them to enable my account so I can refund the payment of my client. They suspended the payouts for 2 months and still charging a monthly fee on it as well. I NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SIGNUP WITH TELR for payment processing services.
Went through the entire process to setup a account with Telr and was told that I was accepted. Took months to complete all of the necessary steps, not days as they claim. They took my deposit and then denied my business a account in the end. No reason given, our business met all of the terms and conditions stated on their website! What a waste of time, try another payment merchant!
I can say Telr is the worst online payment gateway I have been used so far for my website, they started to charging you monthly before your services go live, and their customer support manager didn't do anything for continously support for your business, they just on boarding you as their merchant then disappear...
Worst payment gateway experience ever, unfriendly merchant portal, poor technical support, operations and accounts team are unprofessionals
