Can we trust their product reviews?
I’ve been using them for years, and they always deliver on time. But when I had an issue with a pair of shoes and posted a review on their site, it never showed up — which means other customers never saw the warning. It really seems like they filter out negative reviews to keep selling their products.
So it raises the question: can we actually trust the reviews on their site if they only allow the positive ones?

Testing rackets made easy.
I’ve had a really positive experience with Tennis Express, and it’s quickly become one of the first places I look when I’m shopping for tennis gear. The selection is great, but what I really appreciate is that they make the process of figuring out what actually works for you much easier.
I’ve ordered rackets and other gear from them, and being able to test rackets before committing to one has been especially helpful. Tennis rackets can be surprisingly difficult to choose just by looking at specs online, so having the opportunity to actually try different options made a big difference. It took a lot of the guesswork out of finding a racket that felt right for my game.
My orders have arrived quickly, everything has been packaged well, and I’ve never had an issue with getting what I actually ordered. The website is easy to navigate, and I like that there’s enough information available to compare different products without feeling completely overwhelmed.
Overall, Tennis Express has been reliable, easy to deal with, and genuinely useful for someone who takes tennis seriously but still wants to be able to try things and figure out what works best. I’ll definitely continue buying from them and would recommend them to other players.
