It’s a shame festival park looks so run down on the outside, bring back laser quest next door. It’s a central location especially with the Odeon Cinema next door and Waterworld just up the road. A lick of paint would make all the difference to this leisure area.

Great manager.
Bowling itself was great. However, we ordered food, pepperoni pizza and a portion of gluten free chips. We got a maguiritta pizza and raw in the middle chips. I returned the chips and explained. Was offered replacements for both and an apology. Accepted new chips but said the child had virtually eaten the pizza as he was hungry ( it was his birthday) so no new pizza needed. Better chips supplied and a full refund given. Shame they got it wrong in the first place, but a good comeback by manager. They brought out our homemade birthday cake, supplied a knife, candles, and lighter. Well done and thank you very much.

Grandson's 8th Birthday Party
I booked my Grandsons 8th birthday party and from start to finish it was fantastic... it was non stop fun and the kids loved it. A special mention to our host Olivia who looked after us. She was so attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and she was amazing with the children. It was everything I was hoping for and would highly recommend. Two games of bowling, food and fun... perfect!!!
