Was great experience enjoyed our time and drinks were brought to us pretty quickly. Only annoyance was barriers were up when we got there and then we fired through the games we booked and there was already people waiting for next booking at peak time. Would've been good to get another game in but understand should've booked that.

We visited for a team building exercise. The team had a great time. The staff were lovey and accommodating and the atmosphere was fab. Would recommend and will be visiting again.

Warrington Tenpin had a disappointing…
Warrington Tenpin had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. The customer service was quite poor, as there was only one person at the bar, leading to long wait times for our food and drinks ordered to the lane. When we went to inquire about our order, we found our drinks sitting on the bar, with staff claiming they were unable to deliver them due to a lack of staff.
This is not the first time I’ve encountered this issue; every visit seems to have the same staffing problems. If you’re unable to provide proper service, perhaps it’s best not to offer it at all.
Additionally, I faced a serious concern with my son, who is a Type 1 diabetic and was experiencing low blood sugar. Getting assistance for him was difficult, and the two senior staff members we interacted with were not welcoming and lacked people skills.
I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the customer experience in the future.

Terrible service today
Terrible service today , only two on the bar and was ordering from the lanes and never received drinks on many occasions . After waiting for a coffee for 30 minutes I walked to the bar it was on the side probably cold . The young dark haired girl was polite about it and apologised but the older girl with blonde hair pulled a face when I asked for a refund . Food was awful too . It’s such a shame all that money has been spent to do up the place to have rude staff that kill the atmosphere . I will be avoiding !

Good experience.
I booked for 13 juniors to bowl and had our own birthday celebration. The staff were very helpful and cleared up willingly for us after. The only downside was i bought pizza’s for the kids and they was hardly any cheese on them. Could be better for the price. Other than that i cnt complain

Brilliant experience
I had an issue using my 2 4 1 online so went in and the lovely Autumn said she couldn't put this through and to call customer services. She was so sympathetic and lovely. Just before I got there the customers in front were so rude and literally threw the money at her. They were short and just walked away without any communication. Someone from that party just walked up to her and threw her the remaining money. She handled it like a pro and smiled through it. Anyway,I called customer services and the lady on the phone sorted out my issue instantly and booked me in for bowling with my children straight away. Autumn at the till signed us in and off we went to play.

My Grandson's 8th birthday party
We were there for my Grandson's 8th birthday party but didn't take part or see the boys playing their games.
On the whole I'm not able to comment on much except for the fact that when I changed a £5 note for £1 coins to spend on your games the machine only gave us 4 x £1 & 10 x 10p's! It would have been better to have had 5 x £1!
