Went as a last minute pressie for my daughters birthday, there were 5 of us. We recieved lovely service from david and Beth, even gave a big jar of sweeties for the birthday girl x.

Ordered bowling for my kids 20% off food and drink had to pay full price drink gone flat wouldnt sort it out if you leave unatended e.g. see to kids or toliet you come back to empty table with no drinks staff taken it away the gaming arcade plays up takes money but doesnt allow you to play it if drink gone flat they wont sort it meaning your drinking a flat beer machine gives you 10p in a £1 staff wont open the till to change it there excuse there not allowed

Pre ordered food to have with our game
Pre ordered food to have with our game. Got there, notified them, half hour later finished our game but was still waiting another 20 mins for the food, most of which was like warm and not very nice tbh. Somebody else had reserved our lane so we had to move with our food elsewhere. Not a great experience although one woman was amazing and sorted it for us, otherwise not sure food would have turned up atall

Soon as we walked in broken glass on the floor next to the arcades where kids were running around, the customer service at the bar was shocking rude staff, trying to order drinks and they are just talking to each other the staff, never smiled once or nothing just pure rude, no wonder they had like 5-6 customer on a Friday night lol

The place was extremely busy so we expected some wait time. the young lady that did the party with the 6 kids was amazing they had a brilliant time. Once the laser tag was over food and drink was served quickly

Dry fries and the burger was super hot almost lost my tongue. Staff acted a bit disinterested ( maybe they were having a long day).

First time visiting with my grandsons
First time visiting with my grandchildren it was lovely, the staff go above and beyond, Manal was so nice with my grandsons went above and beyond, also another lad was fantastic but I didn't get his name, my grandsons are 9 and 5 and they even mentioned to me how nice the staff were, I will definitely visit again and recommend to my friends.
