TL Home Avis 

I purchased an expensive modern style chandelier from TL Home in August 2026 but the female owner was extremely rude and constantly lying about the policy . She tried her best to take the maximum money out of us as we had paid the advance already and went there to pay the remaining and she said that sale had ended and we needed to pay extra . She tried to cut down discount as well .
This early morning I called TL Home for fixation service for the chandelier as the other owner Ali had advised that they could arrange and recommend a person for this job .But when I called , this female owner denied to connect me with the company for chandelier fixation and talked extremely rude and disconnected the call . She didn’t give me email address to contact her co-owner brother Ali .
This’s humiliating and disrespectful as I have never been talked like this while buying an expensive item .

Purchased a beautiful light from T&L. After care service was absolutely fantastic. Just under a year I had an issue with my light, called T&L customer care was very professional, troubleshooting and a full inspection of my light was completed with no charge. This was one of the best experience we have ever had and we cannot thank Ali and his brother enough for everything they have done for us. We went to many places and even travelled to England but never could set our minds and heart on what we were looking for.
