Order 4 units and paid overnight…
Order 4 units and paid overnight carriage, they only sent 1 tester and I had to ask where the other 3 were only to be told they would be 5-7 days, no explanation and they were happy to take the £7.95 fir overnight shipment, cancelled the balance and ordered elsewhere.
Not happy they did not refund the overnight carriage though, poor customer service and a shame.

We completely understand your frustration, especially after paying for overnight delivery and then receiving only one of the four testers you ordered has turned up.
The lack of communication regarding the remaining items and the delay in advising you of the 5–7 day lead time clearly fell short of the service we aim to provide.
I can confirm that the next day carriage has been refunded this morning and confirmation should follow shortly .
