I purchased a Megger PAT250SX from the…
I purchased a Megger PAT250SX from the website. It was faulty, I spoke directly to Megger who said who as it's within 30 days you can send it back for a full refund to Test Meter Group.
It's now been two months and Test Meter Group have said they have sent it off for repair. I've paid £850 and been without the product for 2 months now. I would rather purchase a new working model than have a repaired product and not have it for 2 months. Unable to issue a refund and poor communication. Advise to use another reseller.

This case is being managed on our support ticket 2207165.
I am sorry that you feel let down by the experience.
We are a little puzzled as much of the correspondence seems to indicate that you wish for it to be returned post inspection.
When the kit was returned it was also retuned without four items originally supplied.
The kit has since been returned, fully repaired and supplied with a free calibration certificate.
However, upon hearing about your request to return the kit around 20 minutes ago I can confirm that we are more than happy to extend a full refund to you, however our terms and conditions do state that all original items must be returned for this to be arranged.
If you can return the four items in question, I'll swiftly get this refund arranged.
If you need any guidance about identifying any missing items I’ll be more than happy to help.

I did want to gently clear up the price comparison, as it looks like there might be a mix-up with the models. Screwfix sells the entry-level KT63DL (and KT64DL), but they actually do not stock the flagship KT65DL that you ordered from us.
The KT65DL is a significantly higher-spec 8-in-1 tester—it includes features the KT63DL doesn't have, such as earth spike testing, 3-phase rotation, 110V CTE loop testing, ultra-high 0.001 Ohm resolution, and onboard Max Zs tables.
You’ve chosen a top-tier piece of kit that will serve you across commercial and industrial work, not just domestic jobs. However, if the KT65DL is beyond your requirements and you would like to exchange it for the KT63DL, please remember you have our 60-day exchange/returns policy (T&Cs apply).
