Honestly I don’t understand how this company has 4.5 stars on trust pilot on Google they have 2 starts.
Anyhow Horrible company to deal with stay away. I brought a gas analyser from them last year they took my order on there website as item in stock when item wasn’t in stock oh yeah I had to call a week later to be told that they have to order the item from manufacture had to wait nearly 4-6 weeks anyhow after complaining I was promised a discount on my annual calibration 12 months later I contacted them for my calibration I was told a collection was booked for yesterday no one turned up for collection I called early this morning to find out what is happening only to be told no collection was ever book real incompetence and attitude given instead.
I am a engineer who needs my analyser and this company has been a total inconvenience from the beginning.

After reading response from test4less I would like to state that actually nothing was offered to make things right I did speak to Craig who offered to make sure things will go smoothly next year and when I asked what about this years calibration as the unit still hadn’t been calibrated Craig was simply not interested just goes to show how insincere this company really is.

I appreciate there was quite a wait for your analyser when you purchased it last year. Unfortunately at the time, there was a delay regarding the supply of the unit you ordered. We do not have a live stock check on our website. Your patience was very much appreciated whilst stock took its time to arrive to us. Once we received stock, we sent it to you as soon as possible.
Regarding the calibration this year, I’m sorry the process has not gone as smoothly as hoped. I raised your points internally. I understand you have spoken with my colleague Craig since leaving your review and appreciate you do not wish to proceed.
We feel our Trustpilot score reflects the very high level of service we offer. Admittedly things do not always go to plan, however, on these rare occasions we always try our best to put things right. Many thanks, Test4less.

Excellent price on a good quality multifunction tester. Great customer care, no messing around and very quick delivery, which will make them my first port of call amongst the sea of options next time, thank you.

Wanted the Fluke 1664 …
Wanted the Fluke 1664 and checked around for prices. Always sceptical about purchasing from a company I am not familiar with but checked their reviews and and paid by Paypal. The price was unbeatable and offered a multi meter as a free gift. A generous purchase in comparison to others. Delivery was spot on - no dramas. Would definitely recommend.

Speedy delivery of the Socket & See…
Speedy delivery of the Socket & See sok36 tester, very happy.
I believe the previous occupants had workers that mistakenly put the wrong coloured wires on an extension socket, but they must have kept polarity correct from the other end, as an electrician looking for an earth fault had put a sok36 on since recently with no problem.
However, the consumer unit was later swapped out fully by another professional, the new guy must have pulled the old lines out of the CU without looking closely as it was all getting done anyway then put them back in the correct way on all, result being this one overlooked extension running to the freezer had reversed polarity. Only discovered 2 days later as the freezer had packed in, though that was probably it's age and the heat wave, it's still not safe to leave a socket with live / neutral reversed.
Anyway, a long story no one will read - it was time I had my own proper socket tester, I don't want to go back to having to pull off lots of faceplates in a house to check for muppetry :o)
