Updating my review: They refunded 70% of the fee. (I still need to check my credit card) However, I am not deleting my previous review because it is not about money. I will need to spend more time finding test prep materials for my daughter, who is going to take the test this week. Customer service was great, but the issues with the website and the inconvenience have not been resolved. I just cannot recommend TestPrep-Online.

I wish I could give 0 stars! I bought a family membership to allow my kids to take any level of grade test. This time, when I tried to log in, I couldn’t do it. I had to email customer service, and once the login issue was resolved, I was finally able to access my account. However, everything had changed. All my information was deleted, and I was no longer a family member. When I logged in again, I found that I couldn’t do any other tests unless I paid for them. Previously, I could take and practice any test, but now they’ve limited everything and are asking for more money! It’s a total scam, and I completely wasted my money. I’m angry, and I want to let people know so no other parent has to go through the ridiculous experience I’ve had. Their family membership won’t do anything. Please DO NOT PAY for nothing. I am going to ask refund.

Bought the family test pack and after using it for two days, all the uploaded test pack magically disappeared. 24/7 help is non existent and email given does not work. Two kids sitting for their exam in 2 days time are stressing out.

Buyer beware. This is a scam. They take your money and then nothing works. Couldn't get a refund either

Although the web site claims that support is available “24-7”, I have received none after almost a day. I requested a full refund today. I should have read the reviews before signing up.

i bought a prep package of 79 USD of CAT4.it was great and helpful.Very clear explanations and questions are quite good.I loved the package , it really helped my daughter .I am seeing many bad reviews here but to me testprep online provided one of the best package i ever bought from websites.

I purchased a family pack supposed to be good for a year but no access after 2 logins. There is no customer service number and resetting password does not work.
Sending email is undeliverable. It makes me think it is scam.

Is this company for real? I purchased the test packs and after two attempts I am having issues. What a joke. And no customer service.

After I paid for the subscription which was supposed to be good for a year, I was only able to login to the site 2 times. I tried contacting the company for help and they are not responsive. Resetting the password doesn't work.

Is this a scam? Or just a really bad website? As with the other negative reviews, I paid the money - a hefty $89 - but have so far managed to access just two practise tests. Every time we try to log in there's a different problem. Access denied; 'There seems to be an error, but no worries', can't log in, can't find the next test. Time is ticking: my daughter has her exam this Friday. This has become an incredibly stressful way of practising (or not practising). AVOID.
As with other reviewers, I suspect the positive reviews are fake.

I wonder if this site is legit. I already made payment for my daughter's test prep. However, the page isn't loading.

Excellent program, really helped my daughter prepare fully. She went from someone who had never sat a test, to someone who confidently completed a CAT4 with 2 weeks prep. So happy with the result, confidence leads to success

JobTestPrep's customer service is incredibly disappointing. I bought their CAT4 practice pack and quickly realized it wasn't suitable for my needs due to its repetitive content. Despite their supposed satisfaction guarantee, they refused to issue a refund because I used the materials to test their effectiveness. Their policies do not align with what they promise on their website. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.

Great site for kids to improve test scores

Thank you for this. My daughter was able to get a feel for what to expect when preparing for the COGAT at school and her scores improved from the first time she took at test to the second. It was beneficial to be able to go over all the answers to see what she needed work on and allow her to attempt the questions again to ensure she was understanding the concepts.

After lots of e-mails and with the help of Support Centre, I finally got my three family users activated. Thanks to Cristina!

I've purchased family membership, my payment is visible in my account, but still I cannot practice tests.
First issue was that I couldn't even add test packs, then wrote to support team and they fixed it. Second, couldn't sign in, tried to reset the passord, never received the link in my e-mail. Support team reset it somehow. And now, when finally I was thinking that I will start practicing, I receive "Access Denied" message when trying to start a test. Wrote to supprt team again, no answer..... Terrible service! Can't believe that all positive reviews below are real ones!

Terrible experiences. Bought the basic membership for CCAT grade 3 level 9. There are only 60 questions. I thought there were more and you can redo the same test since I bought it. But I was wrong. they don't let you redo the test , i tried to removed the existed test and it ended up ask me to pay again for that test. I tried to contact the help center to either solve the problem or get the refund. No one has contacted me back. This website is a scam

Was working on CAT E-F test. tried to get back to my tests page. Site is not working. Says 504 Gateway Time-out. outrageous. My mom payed for this and i can't even use it???

My daughter had to do the CAT test for the first time and we used test prep to practice and helped her a lot with the actual test and according to her it was exactly as practiced.
