Testprep Online Avis 

Bought the CAT4 Level G pack and was surprised to find it contains NO additional practice on verbal reasoning, which is 1/3 of the test. The only verbal reasoning is contained within the full length test. They claim the pack contains "complete and extensive preparation for all different batteries of the CAT4" but this is false. You pay full price for a pack that is 1/3 incomplete. Customer support completely unconcerned by this. Happy just to take your money for a product that clearly isn't ready yet.

Paid, and said account activated. Then tried to access site, and it says temporarily unavailable. Wish I’d checked here before purchasing :(

i just paid a total of $74.90 canadian dollar TWICE!!! I paid for the $59 (USD) the 1st time and it said license has been activated for one year Membership. I tried to access the GRADE 5 (LEVEL 11) and it took me back to the payment page. I thought the 1st didnt go through and i inputted my card details AGAIN!!! and the same thing happened!! i have been debited TWICE for $118 USD (converted to $148 canadian dollars). Each time i log in (user name muna1.cssd.ab.ca) and choose the grade 5 package it directs me to the PAYMENT PAGE despite debiting me TWICE!! I have two payment receipt ref#136246785 and ref#136246753 order date Oct 29th 2021 with VISA CARD ending 2105. Please refund one of the payment and activate my account. My son's test is in three days!!!

Used the free numerical reasoning tests. They always crashed before giving me my score. Questions were poorly worded and often with incorrect grammar.

I used testprep and it helped me with my MAP test, after all I got a little rusty over summer break. I like that it lets me skip certain questions and go back and review for the explanations to see what I did wrong.

I did not have enough time to help my kid prepare for Cat4 test. And practice tests from Testprep provided me with realistic ideas about the real tests. I did not get the same level test as my kid needs to prepare, but still this one was the only one I got before my kid set the time and do the mock test. Thanks testprep!

Tried this site and purchased 1 test for 79$, but nothing happened, cannot use anything, be careful looks like a scam.

I just wanted to say thank you Test Prep Online. My daughter's teacher told her class that it was not possible to study for the CogAT test, but I knew that that was a bunch of hooey... You can prepare for any test. My daughter took one battery per night from your program for two weeks prior to the test. And on each night she became more comfortable with the content of the exam. Lo and behold she scored a 130 Composite VQN and qualified for the gifted program starting in third grade next year!! Thank you, Test Prep Online! -RPG

Payment gateway is horrible, processing the payment and redirecting me to login page. Tried contacting them through email and contact us form but no response.

Paid $89, don't have any available test, contact with company, waiting for the answer, but wonder how this can possible happen.

Just took my CCNA exams on 10/2/2020 after thoroughly mastering the materials on their website. Not a single question or related question was in the exams. I can answer every question on the test preps confidently.
Do not waste your time and money with testpreptraining.

We only had a few days to help my son sit the Johns Hopkins exam and found the Testprep Online incredibly useful.
My son told me the questions were very similar to those of the Testprep Online. He felt very comfortable as a result and well prepared. He was accepted in the program with the High Honours Award. The customer service is also second to none and they were incredibly helpful, always ready to help us well above the usual expected level. A truly GREAT RESOURCE and a GREAT company I would unequivocally be able to recommend

I would strongly recommend using the Test-prep CogAT materials for the magnet program test/gifted and talented test preparations! My son's overall performance and ability of critical thinking are much improved after practicing Test-Prep materials. These preparations helped him to get selected in the Magnet program 2020 with the top score of 99 percentile. I am very happy my son got into the Magnet program which is very competitive in our state (only 50 seats - total of 18,000 kids participated). I am very thankful to Test-Prep team, they are providing great service to our community to bring the talented kids.
Also, the customer service representatives are very helpful and respond promptly.

Just purchased my first Testprep practice test and quite disappointed. The English grammar and spelling is horrendous making it hard to understand the question sometimes. Additionally, in the practice mode, they reveal the answer as soon as you click any checkbox, so you basically are shown the answer before you have selected all the checkboxes in a multi answer question.

We had technical difficulties. Initially there was almost no content in the Advanced SCAT modules, question #1 of each module will be available but #2 and thereafter will be blank. Going through FAQs did not provide solution. Emailed and received response next day suggesting we use incognito mode on our browser and that worked. The content is good.

I would really recommend to use their Cogat packs. My kids performance got more better after using those packs. My kids got more comfortable for test content thanks to testprep online packs.The customer service representatives are so helpful and very responsive.

I purchased Family pack for my children so they could get prepared for MAP test. They enjoyed while practicing and passed the test. Support is quick and professional. Thank you very much.
