I rarely write reviews, but this experience made me do it.
I’ve used Tez888 for some time and even completed withdrawals in the past without issues. Recently, when I tried to withdraw again, my request was declined.
I contacted live chat, and the support agent (Aditi) informed me that I now need to complete wagering based on my lifetime deposit:
1x for sports betting
3x for casino
This was surprising because:
I had withdrawn before without this requirement
This condition was not clearly shown to me when depositing
It was only mentioned after I requested withdrawal
I do have chat proof where support clearly states this requirement.
I understand that platforms have terms, but introducing or enforcing conditions at the withdrawal stage — especially when they weren’t obvious earlier — creates confusion and concern.
I’m sharing this so others are aware:
👉 Before depositing, confirm all withdrawal rules clearly
👉 Take screenshots of terms and chats
👉 Don’t assume past experience will remain the same
I hope Tez888 improves transparency so users can make informed decisions.
For now, just be cautious and double-check everything.
And still I haven't received my withdrawal yet 🥲😭

There are multiple issues i have faced…
There are multiple issues i have faced with tez888
1. Deposit issue - I am facing deposit issue with site usually and few times it takes 3 days to resolve the issue and you guys need to follow up with them contionusly
2. Bet issue (Technical issue)- I had faced technical issue with few bets . Amount is deducted from wallet but bet is not placed
3. Auto bet few times in skyward . I had lost 10000 as skyward automatcally convert my bet from 100 to 10000 and crashed at 1.01.
4.Fraud (Aviators games) - It seems like all aviator games like skyward ,aviator all are fixed when you bet with small amount you win and if you put high amount like 500 and 1000 it crashed quickly .
I have raised request to close my account but even after getting the approval . no action has been taken
THEY ARE SIMPLY FRAUDSTERS AND WILL EAT YOU HARD EARNED MONEY .
DONT PLAY WITH THEM .
