I had a fantastic experience. It was my first time setting this up, and it was also done at short notice.

The process was quick and easy to use, and overall, it was an excellent experience. I hope the recipient is happy as well, I have yet to catch up with him.

I recently received a Thankbox card and it was such a lovely surprise. The whole experience felt really personal, with messages, photos, and little touches from everyone that made it so much more meaningful than a traditional card. It was beautifully put together and easy to view, and you can tell how much thought went into it. It genuinely made my day.

Thankbox is an easy way to send a greeting (and financial gift if you wish) card from lots of different people across the world to one recipient: we used it to send Wedding congratulations from the UK to friends getting married in USA. THANK YOU for making this possible.

At first I could not recieve my gift due to the bank transfer was ”not valid” in Sweden.
Since then and thanks to the support from Desi at thankbox they fixed it and now I got my gift!

I recently used Thankbox to organise a leaving card and gift collection for a colleague, and the whole process was much easier than I expected. The website is very intuitive and straightforward to use – I was able to set up the card, share the link, and start collecting messages within minutes.

I’ve seen some reviews mentioning confusion around payments, but I found the contribution process clear and secure, and it was helpful that everything was managed in one place.

The gift collection option worked really well too. Our colleague could choose how to redeem the money, which felt much more flexible than organising a traditional office collection.

Overall it took all the hassle out of organising a group card and gift, especially with a team spread across different locations. I’d definitely use Thankbox again.

It was easy to set up and gave people the freedom and time to compose their own special messages. I liked the fact that it automatically closed and dispatched the cards. This reduced the work that we had to do to complete.

One change that would be helpful in future would be the option to download the card as a single‑page PDF. This would improve the appearance when printed, as the current multi‑page spread format does not always print as cleanly or neatly.

Overall, Thankbox is a practical and effective digital card solution that works well for teams and groups.

Hadn't heard of thankbox till I got is as a retirement gift from work. It's brilliant!

I have used this site on multiple occasions and great for organisations/teams that are based in different countries. What would be better is the ability to upload more pictures but not connected to a message. I uploaded 3 pictures onto one message and they are quite small, the message doesnt necesarily have to be linked with the photo. Thanks

Really easy to manage the process and lovely options for leaving GIFS etc and making messages personable

So easy to set up and send to people. Easy to use and even easier for the receiver to withdraw the collection money. Would definitely use again.

Pics & Gifs need more updates and quite more allowing business context.

Pics & Gifs being funny and friendship and NOT official or frozen/ aloof/ reserved is important but not being (only) childish or for lovers.
stylish, modern, genious and afectionate/cordial is what is needed

While the thankbox card itself was easy to use and looked good, the fact that everyone that donates to a collection pays an additional fee AND the recipient has to pay a 4% charge to withdraw their money as cash feels like a scam. I wont be using thankbox for donations any longer, and will seek an alternative virtual card option

It was pretty easy and it was made clear that changes could be made at any time.

Also, emails kept me up-to-date with everything and the email sent at everyone who signed the card was a good touch too.
