A highly valuable and thought-provoking session.
There were several practical takeaways, particularly around supporting different thinking styles (e.g. encouraging doodling or fidgeting during meetings) and using reframing techniques to view situations from new perspectives.
The NLP Triangle model and the focus on values and beliefs were especially impactful and easily transferable across different contexts.
Overall, an insightful session that has positively influenced how I approach both personal and professional interactions.

Expansive DISC Behaviour integration
Advanced DISC Practitioner was a fabulous CPD event.
Sharon was full of enthusiasm and provided complimentary tools that can be used beyond the DISC profile to continue to raise awareness on behaviour.
I had many aha moments and have already used the tools which has enhanced the coaching conversations with many lightbulb moments for me & my clients.

Excellent content and delivery.
The DISC Advanced Practitioner Workshop was expertly delivered by DISC Master Trainer Sharon Lawton.
It was a superb training with many insights which helped me to understand how DISC integrates with leading frameworks such as Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team and David Rock’s SCARF model, adding to my toolkit for working with individuals, leaders, and teams.
This workshop was also a masterclass in creating a safe, inclusive and supportive environment which made it perfect for learning online.

I'm fully satisfied by the GR workshop, as myself I was struggling with these two parts. At the end of the workshop I found myself skilled with whatever I need to have a great coaching session. Sarah and Gordon’s absolute commitment to the trainee practitioner’s success was top notch. By taking us through a Milton Model’s exercise to calm nerves, reframe perspectives and draw resources from the unconscious mind was a game changer. Additionally, the structure of the assessment allowed practitioners buiid confidence with each assessment stage such that taking on the more complex techniques at the latter stages felt natural. They're are an ALL STAR TEAM. 💯💯💯
