An amazing trainer but ruined the day with the hard sell of the next course
Sharon is an amazing trainer! The first 2 sessions were brilliant. Then there was 45 mins hard sell to do the next course. Not ok. Did not land well with me or a lot of my colleagues.

Rigorous and Practical Diploma
I’m currently pursuing the Business Coaching Diploma with The Coaching Academy and last week I completed the 'Practicalities of Being a Business Coach' module.
What I appreciate most about this programme is how practical it is. The materials are not abstract or overly theoretical. They are grounded in the real world of running and sustaining a coaching business, and a business in general. From structuring client engagements to thinking through positioning and delivery, everything feels directly applicable. I can take what I learn in a session and implement it immediately.
The quality of the training has also stood out to me. The instructors bring experience and credibility to the room. In particular, Adrian Webb is exceptional. His teaching style is engaging and practical and reflects the years of experience he holds as a coach himself. He contextualizes new concepts them with examples and his own anecdotes, and invites you to think critically about how you will apply them in your own practice.
As someone building a serious coaching business, I value rigour and practicality. This diploma delivers both. I’m looking forward to continuing the journey.

. Building Confidence and Skills with The Coaching Academy
I recently completed my Life Coaching Diploma with The Coaching Academy, and it has been a truly valuable experience. The course provided a strong foundation in coaching principles while also offering practical tools that I feel confident using in real situations.
Throughout the training, I developed a deeper understanding of mindset, behavioural patterns, and how perception influences outcomes. The balance between theory and hands-on practice was one of the strongest aspects of the programme. The exercises and live practice sessions helped build my confidence and allowed me to apply what I was learning straight away.
The course also supported my own personal growth. It encouraged self-reflection and challenged me to step outside of my comfort zone, which has strengthened both my professional and personal development.
Overall, achieving my Life Coaching Diploma with The Coaching Academy has equipped me with practical skills, greater self-awareness, and the confidence to support others in creating meaningful change.

My first live training day
My first live training day, whilst intense, was very enjoyable and informative. The interactive break out rooms really helped to get to know others on the course and to hear for those further along in their journey. Whilst scary it was good to do the peer coaching and be coached session.

Application of tools
The material covered in the module and the tools introduced were great however as we did in the last session of the day, it would have been better to see the coach use the tools to coach someone instead of the breakout sessions. Seeing it put into practice brought the tool to life and this is what I would have liked to see more of.
The coach was excellent!

Knowing I could always contact someone…
Knowing I could always contact someone if I had any issues. Having contact with other coach trainees, meant you never felt alone. After having a break and returning to study it was great to have the refresher module as it helped get me back on track. The learning portal has a wealth of information, that supported my learning.

I really enjoyed the coaching diploma…
I really enjoyed the coaching diploma experience and peers along the way. It was a little confusing and could have more structure to start, although the fellow members were so helpful and made this really collaborative.

Amazing journey
Completing my Life Coaching Diploma with The Coaching Academy was a great experience from start to finish. The course was well organised, engaging and very supportive, which made the learning process very enjoyable.
Alongside the Life Coaching Diploma, I also completed the NLP course, and both programmes worked really well together. The NLP training added a lot of practical value and helped deepen my understanding and skills as a coach.
I’m genuinely grateful for the experience of working with The Coaching Academy and would happily recommend both the Life Coaching Diploma and NLP course to anyone looking to grow personally and professionally.
