I ordered a tablet in March, received email saying it had been shipped on 4/3 still have not received it.

I purchased a tablet from this company. I was never sent a tracking number. When I requested one, I was informed days later that they don't get tracking numbers, by Kevin Berlon. When I emailed again and said that makes me uncomfortable, since I still haven't received my product 4 weeks after purchase, he quit responding. I feel I have been scammed out of my $$. I don't trust this company at all, especially if they can't even provide package tracking or respond to emails.

Very terrible experience. Feel I got taken for $45 for a tablet. The phone # listed on the receipt is no longer in service. Replied to the email receipt with not reply back about 6 times. Went to their web site and sent several emails through "contact us" and still no reply. I will need to wait 30 days to file a dispute with my bank.

Got ripped off for $59.00. Sent 3 emails no response. Called, number disconnected. Stay away. Paid with my green dot Visa card and they won't do anything. Stay away from green dot they are also crooks.

I have had the same experience as everyone else. Ordered an Amazon HD8 for $39.99. Sent a confirmation email on April 6th and then a shipping confirmation on April 9th with no tracking #. I have emailed them multiple times with no response and their phone number is disconnected. My Card company says that since its an online company I have to wait 30 days until I can make a formal dispute. Obviously don't purchase from this "company" it is a scam.

Ordered a tablet from them on 3/30/18. Email said it shipped on 4/4/18. Now it’s 4/1718 and no tablet has been delivered, no response from site or company, no tracking number given, no updates given. They had no problem taking my money. My advice is shop elsewhere. If no response or tablet in next day I’m contacting my credit card company and reporting this company.

TheBookne is a scam setup so call the bank get your card changed and FTC like I have if you have given your credit card information to Gonzalo at TheBookne. Good luck getting through to the Washington state voip number listed next to the false address in North Carolina at the bottom of your order or tracking the blank tracking information on invoice. I'm calling Google also and hope you will call FTC and Google

Total crooks. All of us need to file class action lawsuit against this thief. They stole from me just as from all of you. Same setup. No response to emails, the phone is disconnected, the contact us page says contact us at Va, US. The address given is an apartment complex in Virginia Beach. Real con artists I gave one star because I had to click one to be able to post. If anyone wants to start class action lawsuit, count me in. Post here.

and have not received anything.
Got an email saying they come from the manufacture in Europe? and it would be 4 to 6 weeks.
emailed twice about this and never got a reply.
also called and it goes to a voice mail.

digging mor5e, there is no 1718 chase point circle...... the address is bogus also... the realors don't t 1718 at all, 1717 1719 but NO 1718.

when i get this guys real name etc I will post as much as his info as I can.

UPDATE APril 27th never received galaxy tablet, finally got my money back from bank dispute. Filed both FederalTradeCommission and BBB if Washington. Couple days after, the phone number and address were removed from the web site.

20 Feb 2018 Insignia Windows tablet ordered & received order confirmation email

21 Feb 2018 received "order is processing" email

26 Feb 2018 received "order is shipped" email with no info regarding method of shipment or tracking number. Sent reply email asking for that info.

27 Feb 2018 received a reply from Kevin Berton stating that product is shipped by regular mail directly from the manufacturer and shipping time is 2 to 5 weeks.

02 Apr 2018 no tablet received and have filed a dispute with my credit card company which gave me an immediate credit for the amount.

Conclusion: don't waste your time

I also ordered a tablet they say it was sent out on the text i received im still waiting. Now i looked up reveiws to find out there a scam now have to deal with my credit card company to see about refund order was placed 2\21/18

Ordered a Kindle Paperwhite on Feb 1st. It was marked shipped the next day. On the 14th of February I requested tracking info and received an email stating that it came directly from the manufacturer and would take up to 6 weeks. Emailed again and called twice on March 14th. No response. Emailed again on March 20th and called again. No response and the next day my requests made on thebookne.com's site were deleted. No response to this day and no Kindle either. Filing with my credit card company for a refund. Just stay away from this vendor - it's a scam site.

Ordered a tablet on Feb 24, 2018, received an email on Feb 26th stating it had shipped, I still have not received it. I have emailed them numerous times and no reply. Have called and left 4 voice messages with no return call. When you call them, it does not ring goes straight to voice mail.

I ordered a kindle fire on feb 15 still haven't received it , I have sent 5 emails to them with no response . hope they get what they deserve . crooked company. big scam.

Order Amazon tablet from company on Feb 28 2018. I should known better as the table was been offered 50 percent off retail. Found out tool late from other websites review sites that they are scammers. Emailed them to cancel order never replied and three day later stated it was shipped Mar 9 with no tracking number. It has been three weeks and my email go unanswered. I am now adding to the list of cautionary tale from these crooks.

Complete con artists. Ordered an Insignia tablet off the site. Was told 4 to six weeks for arrival, then 6 to 12 weeks. Never came. Contacted them and was told it came from the manufacturer, wait 12 weeks and then they would help us. Complete frauds. Don't waste your money. Save up and pay a little more from a reputable company. Very angry.

This website is a scam, i wish there were this many reviews when i ordered a month ago. I blame google, they still continue to show this website as a list of valid merchants to order from, when i search for Kindle Paperwhite. These scamsters are auto leveraging the implicit trust we all have on google to not show scam websites to us.

There is no way to leave a google review to warn others as the place is not officially listed in google maps. Forums like these are the only other alternative, but would not come up unless the word scam is added in the search keywords.

There is no easy way to report to google either to remove the vendor.

Nice scam, setup fake website - register with google ads - google will show as top results to buy and take no responsibility for such vendors.

The Bookne Are Complete Rip Off's I Ordered A Tablet Over 2 Months Ago They Ignore Any And All Emails And There Phone Number Is A Joke Straight To Voicemail And All It Says Is Leave Message They Will Never Return Calls Either. If I Can Save Even One Person From Being Scammed By This Website Like I Was It Would Be Great

Selling imaginary kindles without tracking number. All the calls go to VM. What a scam!
