Ordered lots of products over the years always a quick reliable service, last order got mixed up by the delivery company but the caravan warehouse staff really put the effort in to sort everything out great communication and got it all sorted.

Beware if needing to return items with this Company.
Wall panels were returned by ourselves as we had ordered the incorrect size. They were very securely wrapped using the packaging that they were delivered to us in plus extra. Our driver, a trusted member of staff is adamant that they were all in good condition when returned.
It took the company a whole month to suddenly decide that they were all damaged and that no refund could be made😡
Very unhelpful we certainly won't be using again
Make sure items returned are examined upon delivery

i needed to replace some cover strips in our mobile home but didnt know what colour they matched it for me and deliverd in 3 days very helpfull and exalent service would highley recomend them

We Brought a caravan mattress, because I am severely disabled and I tried to find a mattress that would suit me and I found your website and when I rang you up I found the most helpful Lady and she was very sympathetic to my problem so I went ahead and purchased the mattress a double and it came the very next morning as promised and I am so pleased to say, It is the best mattress I have found for my disabilities thank you so much for being such a caring and helpful company. My order and questions were dealt with quickly and the order came the next day as promised. I also received a refund on an out of stock item within 24hrs. I can't fault their service. Very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Second time I have used the caravan warehouse minor mix up on the second ordered but sorted by the excellent customer service.

Initially had a problem with my order contacted Kelly who quickly responded and sorted it out for me,I certainly would use this company again

Ordered an item which was required urgently - a new boiler. Was for next day delivery however hasn’t happened. Very disappointed with a big knock on effect.

The staff were so helpful, picked my caravan up and brought my new one up to our seasonal pitch, kept in touch what was happening, made my 3 birth caravan into 4 birth, explained how everything worked, all the staff were amazing, would definitely use this company again

I have been struggling to find matching edge strips for sometime, other suppliers have not returned my enquiries. Caravan Warehouse from the moment I contacted them they worked with me to match the correct parts needed and then shipped them immediately, I was amazed that something I have been trying to resolve with different suppliers (including the Caravan Manufacturer) for over 4months without success but was sorted by Caravan Warehouse in what was less than a week from me sending a piece of the damaged item and then exchanging samples to final delivery of what I was looking for. Well done Caravan Warehouse and especially thank you to Kelly who was the key interface within their organisation.

Awful experience, we had ordered a bed on Monday, told delivery wed, didn’t arrive promised Thursday didn’t arrive Friday being told they couldn’t get an answer, have cctv with times etc and we had guests on the decking and never arrived. We now have to cancel our booking as no bed

Sales staff (Kelly) couldn't have been more helpful when wrong item delivered. She arranged for pick up of the incorrect item and delivery of the item I had ordered for the next day. The company uses DPD for deliveries which is great as they give a 1 hour time slot.
On my initial call the phone was picked up promptly, no waiting in a queue for ages with the music and the voice saying "your call is important to us ......." When the need arises I would definitely use the Caravan Warehouse again

Ordered blinds off caravan warehouse to replace broken flimsy plastic ones. They sent me good quality aluminium ones which fitted the old fittings and matched the size exactly. The blinds look brilliant. Delivery was very fast and the price was very reasonable....many thanks

Ordered bed base and mattress 4th April '23 at 10.15 for "promised" next day delivery. 4 pm next day I phoned to asked where they were. They had not been despatched. Promised next day. Next day just the mattress arrived. Told there had been a breakdown on the M5 and the base was on its way. (Mattress and base on different delivery vehicles?!). Waited til 4.00pm and phoned. Said it was out for delivery. Waited all next day, no delivery. Next day Good Friday and no one there to answer phone for 4 days. Base arrived today 11th April, 6 days late. Easter caravan break cancelled! Shocking service.
