I've finally come down from the thrill and excitement I experienced last week at ICI's Coaching Success. My mind is still buzzing from going from self-awareness to the Meta Dynamics Profiling Tool to the Critical Alignment Model and Meta Values, with everything in between.

This training was wonderful - Rashid has given me the confidence, and provided such great insight into how the Meta Dynamics Profiling Tool and Meta Values elicitation process and hierarchy of values can provide the coaching plan, and how all the frames work together for the best outcomes for our clients. Feedback – Meta Dynamics Level 1 Training
I came into this training with a solid foundation in coaching, but I left with a genuinely shifted perspective. The standout moment was the MD Values Unpack. It sounds deceptively simple, but working through it was a completely different experience. It fundamentally changed how I understand values; not as a checklist a client rattles off, but as a dynamic, living system that shapes everything they do. The insight didn't just land intellectually; it landed in the body, which is exactly the kind of learning that actually sticks. I'm asking different questions, listening at a different level, and holding values conversations with a depth and precision I didn't have before walking into that room. The content was rich and well-structured, the facilitation created a warm, safe, and genuinely engaged learning environment, and everything taught was immediately applicable. No fluff, no filler; just substance you can use. If you're a coach serious about doing deep, meaningful work with clients, this training belongs on your list.
