The Directory Guys Ireland Avis

Great customer experience
Crisha was a great help and did her upmost to help me along the way.

I've been using The Directory Guys Ireland for a few years now and have found them to be excellent at what they do. I've even recommended them to business owners in my network. They are very accommodating to my specific and unique needs, they listen, they act and they care. I've even had an independent online mentor who I was working with to help me get better bang for my book recommend that whatever I do, stick with the Directory Guys!

I've been using their service for over a year and it is excellent. Would have no hesitation from recommending them.

Carla was very helpful and explained everything to me in detail .
Her customer service skills were next to none

Thank you
Barbara

Thanks Crisha! She is a very responsible person and she helps me a lot, she helps me step by step and very patient.

Addressed all concerns in professional manner

Tiarna was clear and helpful and promised, moving forward, a monthly phone call to review our account as we have had little or no communication with The Directory Guys for quite some time

Tiarna rang from Directory Guys with ideas to improve our Google listings, very professional to deal with and knowledgeable regarding the changes we could make. I really felt Tiarna listened to what we required and I look forward to working with her in the future.

Very easy communication

i gotta tell you about this amazing experience I've had with Tirana. Im the owner of a cafe and a restaurant,im working with her for the last few months she's the best! She's super responsible and caring, always there when I need her. If there's ever any problem, she goes above and beyond to fix it. I can't even begin to express how satisfied and happy I am with her work. Seriously, I highly recommend her to anyone who needs an awesome team member like her. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Jess was very helpful and friendly to deal with ..

You will loose $$$ money and wait years before seeing any results from this company! They are very convincing with their sales team yet the results will not show until 1-2 years + $100-$300 a month! As a startup business with little funds for growth, this was a dangerous waste of money with little results/return.

Ask the directory guys this question - "Show me the work your company has done for my business since the start and I want to see hard facts". What they will do is give a pre-planned answer "We can't show you our work and it takes time to see results because we have to wait for google!" Will be their answer. As stated above, they are convincing but don't fall for their clever sales tactics! Their money back guarantee is for your community only, not the area you paid for!!! Watch out!!!
