Never recieved my order, very difficult to get a responce to emails or your money back, now this company went in to administration... so had to contact the bank to get founds back !

I still have not received my order from November
I have received an email in early January saying that they are delayed but will be processed in 3days and still nothing a month later
Really bad service -wondering if I have lost my money

I’m still waiting for a parcel I’ve paid for

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I didn’t receive my Jordan's. After a lot of emails I finally got my money back. But come on guys what a joke. This was so stressful.

Product and price were good. No returns policy is ridiculous and has me at the £150 Christmas present I bought my wife couldn’t be returned to be exchanged for the slightly bigger size needed

The company has conveniently gone into administration, and as a result, BrandAlley UK has acquired the brand renaming it to "The Edit LDN Limited" and is taking zero responsibility for any previous debt or transactions owed. I am still owed £540 from November 2023.

We didnt get shipment ….n now ur not refunding the amount

Ordered retro Jordan’s in November 23. Chased and chased but never dispatched let alone received. Chased in Jan and was given a refund. They were my son’s Christmas present and the whole experience was awful. Avoid!

Poor communication and didn’t receive the trainers I ordered. Yes, I was refunded but this process took around 4 weeks. I won’t be using this website again.

Terrible company, took my money never sent the goods then 2 months later told me they were bankrupt and needed to claim the money through the bank!

I payed £165 pound for Ugg slippers in December and still haven’t had them , all I keep getting told is they didn’t pass the quality checks

I placed an order in November 2023 and it’s not January 2024 I haven’t received my parcel and then got an email saying that basically someone has bought the company and they now can’t send me my item which is ridiculous as only just 5 days before this I received an email saying they was getting ready to ship my order this is disgusting

Peace of mind knowing that The Edit LDN would ensure no would not buy fake UGG slippers. Not always great to pay over the RRP but that’s the case when you want the current trend items at short notice!

Not received my shoes after 2 months. Requested a refund, not received that either!
