Sérieux et livraison ok

Oui pas mal sauf que les messages de demandes d'infos ne sont pas prises en compte et le tchat en direct n'est pas génialement suivi, dommage, une fois l'article acheté, il semblerait qu'on ne les intéresse plus.

Thanks for leaving a review.

The first time you had left a message was 5.30pm yesterday when we were closed for the night and then you contacted again this morning. Please rest assured that had you not contacted us again you would have received a reply this morning.

When you connected on live chat you began by typing in English and I did answer your question, however you then changed to French which I had to work on getting a translation for. Granted there was a delay in replying due to this for which I do apologise.

You have mentioned damage? If there is any issue with the kit other than wanting a different mouthpiece then please do get in touch so that we can assist with this.
