The Farthing Avis

I initially ordered an item from the company which unfortunately due to delivery delays meant that I had to cancel. However the service provided in reimbursing me was quick and very professional. I look forward to placing my next order and having it fulfilled.

I ordered a Christmas cushion on 28th November 2024. I kept emailing to ask when it would be delivered as the weeks passed and no sign of the cushion. Customer Care was good and they apologised for the delay.
As Christmas fast approached, I asked for a refund. I was told that this wasn’t a problem and that the cushion would still be delivered to me as a goodwill gesture. On 19th December, my order was cancelled, there was still no sign of the cushion and as of today, January 3rd, I have yet to receive my refund. So very disappointed with The Farthing; I won’t be using this company again.

Butterflies this metal wall art pieces are beautiful. Had a discount off them so I bought 3. Packaged well arrived promptly.

Just as described, absolutely love my new side tables, excellent quality and delivered on time

When purchasing from a company we’ve never used before it can be a concern of what ifs…..
Rest assured the customer service and competitively priced items are excellent Elliot dealt with my queries a couple of times and once a faulty item with genuine care and efficiency .
Highly recommend purchasing from the Farthing I will always shop with them.

Swift delivery of my unusual and quirky fox silhouette destined to be mounted to a large gate. Very happy with my find and I am pleased to discover their family run website.

Gorgeous item, delivered on time

My first contact with this company was when I had a query which they answered almost immediately. My order was then despatched promptly and I am absolutely delighted with them. I ordered the rustic buddha garden art and they look so effective and lovely on my garden wall.

Really beautiful mirror for the garden. I made a silly mistake on the order, which was quickly rectified by the company before shipping. It looks gorgeous in situ, thank you

Gorgeous mirror, great vfm, took a while to arrive but no issues. Very happy with purchase

Hi the waiting time was nearly 3 months this is why I said 3 stars, but when e mailing to find out what was happening responses where prompt. In saying that I am happy with my purchase.
