Service and communication was excellent. Quality of products were mixed. Very good was: Scallops, sea urchin, squid and amaebi. Not as good quality were sashimi grade salmon, hamachi and tuna.

The luxury dressed crab were the best that I have ever tried and the delivery service is exceptional. The only downside were the North Atlantic cooked prawns. We ordered them in the summer of 2024 and the flavour was amazing. This time they had very little flavour and the prawns were not as firm as they were last time. I am not sure whether this is a seasonal difference or whether the cooking process has changed.

Excellent service. Prompt delivery. Packaging marvellous - food arrived completely frozen.
This was a birthday gift and the recipients were delighted with the quality of the fish.

Hello Jane,
Having reviewed your order history, I can see that the one-month free membership was selected during your order in December in order to receive the associated discounts. As this is an option that must be actively chosen at checkout, it would not have been applied automatically.
When the membership renewed in January, you contacted us requesting cancellation and indicated that you would consider raising the matter with Trading Standards if it was not resolved. We cancelled your membership promptly at that time in January.
Given that the membership was selected during the ordering process and was cancelled immediately upon your request, I am unclear as to the basis for your concern. However, if there is anything further you would like us to review, please let me know.

Package did not arrive. No communication from seller or courier that item was undeliverable and had to contact seller myself to ask what was going on.

Very good value for money
I purchased 3 lobsters, Snow crab legs and octopus tentacles. All of the seafood was very fresh and very tasty. Will be buying aging inhalers already recommended to others i know love seafood.
