The Flower Shop Avis 

I just got ripped off! I ordered a dozen roses for Valentines Day to be delivered on Valentines Day. $132 dollars worth. Got a text on Valentines Day saying the flowers were delivered - except they weren't. I was home the entire day knowing they were coming - they didn't. I called and wrote them no response. I have called each day since Monday and no one answers. When you let it ring long enough a voice comes on and says the mailbox is full. Totally ripped off and I'm going to report this as many places as possible - this shouldn't be happening and these guys need to be stopped.

I have sent flowers to a relative in Manchester and this is what they received which I think is absolutely awful I rang the florist and the customer service was appalling I will NOT be using this florist again I have no words to describe how disappointed I am it looks nothing like what I ordered

Ordered two bouquets and both weren’t delivered and still not processed the refund and this was back in October !!
Ive sent multiple emails and they would always say they will try and resolve the issue but never got my money back!

This company has been setup to fraudulently take your money, don’t be fooled by the flashy website. I ordered a large bouquet of flowers in an Arcadia basket and the failed on both counts. They delivered a small bunch in a red plastic pot.
They don’t answers emails or voice messages, scammers out to steal your money

I ordered a summer flowers arrangement which was lovely. However the chocolate box in which I ordered was even disappointing. It arrived two days later with two complaints. Not what I ordered and not what was delivered. Only 6 chocolates. Not the standard 12 chocolates. Not good

Ordered a bouquet for my sister on July 2nd, they took my money over £50 and instantly sent à mail apologising "no agents avilable and asking to reschedule or offering full refund".I reprogrammed asking for September 2nd they never replied to confirm.I phoned the company I live in France,kept me on hold for 30 minutes saying I was in a queue and that my call wld be dealt with, only to get an answer machine, i left a message, they never called back. I believe they are a bogus outfit and I have been scammed. I hope this will help other potentiel victims to choose elsewhere.

Terrible service, promised and didn't deliver on the same day. Birthday gone, so I asked for it to be delivered to another venue as we were at our parents for that day. They refused and just apologised. RUN A MILE!!!!!!

Cancelled order and still no refund, steer clear please this is a fake company, who will just send you delay after delay of refund

Order cancelled by the company and nearly 2 months later I am still battling to get a refund for what they charged my card. Awful service… I feel conned. I wouldn’t touch them tbh.

Simply didn't deliver. £90 arrangement didn't turn up. And I know there's no point in trying to recover my money from a dogshit company like this.

WARNING FOR CAT OWNERS!!! Ordered valentine’s day flowers and requested that they include nothing toxic to cats but order turned up containing tulips - very toxic to cats. They agreed to a refund but would not refund the delivery fee as they had been delivered. The owner then told me he didn’t know what flowers were toxic for cats other than lilies and it wasn’t his job to know as he was a florist and not a chemist. Then said it wouldn’t be his fault if my cat had eaten them. Unbelievable really. Have used them for years but never again! Terrible terrible service - avoid if you have pets

I wish we looked at the reviews before ordering flowers to the UK. We ordered flowers just before Christmas was informed the order could not be fulfilled and was cancelled. 6 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund. Do not use this company they are scammers.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! And after reading of similar experiences on here, I'm at a loss as to why inter flora are still using them, numerous similar cases here, order taken, order confirmed, only two receive a message later stating no florists available to make order, refund 5 to 10 days. this is some sort of scam, as for the few good reviews, probably smoke screens, trading standards and a complaint to inter flora to follow - DONT TOUCH THIS MOB

Flowers were ordered well in advance of my sisters 50th birthday only to be emailed on the day to be told there were 'no florists available' and that I would receive a refund in 5-10 working days. What an absolute joke of a company, avoid at all costs.

I recently received a gorgeous anniversary celebration bouquet from The Flower Shop - it was beautifully presented, absolutely enormous, and the flowers and foliage lasted easily a week. I have no hesitation recommending them for deliveries!

Called at the shop two weeks ago and was told to visit again a few days before order required to see what was fresh in
On Tuesday I selected a beautiful hydrangea in a bowl which was gift wrapped and delivered first thing yesterday morning
The delivery driver even sang happy birthday to my ninety year old friend

I ordered (over the phone) a basket of flowers for a funeral & a couple days later went to pick them up, & oh my goodness what’s a beautiful array of flowers & so pretty & what’s more they smelt gorgeous the shop itself is so exotic inside & everything looks amazing. Thanks for the great job you did. .

I have like almost a dozen of cards from Flowershop.ae. That shows how my partner enjoys & love the service of Flowershop.ae. I also had transactions with them and online bookings, the price as well as the services are great and easy to deal it. I would definitely have them for any occassions coming. Thanks Flowershop.ae!

One star is being nice, don’t bother try find local flourists and ring them! Overpriced and will email around 5 on the day of delivery saying unavailable flourists will refund within 10 working days! Shocking
