Ordered a plaque to go into a frame I'd purchased from the company on 13th Dec.. nothing arrived by 23rd Dec so sent an email asking for a date , and had no reply since... and the plaque never did arrive (now March) £10 down the drain.. fine for the frames- not good service for what needs to go into them!! its the lack of reply and blatantly keeping your money while not delivery any goods that gets me the most- think that's called theft!!

Excellent quality for the price, delighted with purchase, you can tell the difference between this and the more expensive ones, but it is 5 times cheaper. Would definitely buy again. Delivery within 10 days

I have been buying frames form this company for the past few years over 40 frames purchased. They are high quality for the money and customer service with them is superb in my experience .

I thought it would have been smaller. But it's really big!! It's well worth the money and worth the wait. 100% be ordering from there again......

Very very good frame and tape that comes with it, the videos are brilliant as well, just be warned the delivery is incredibly slow, so if you’re planning this as a gift that has a time frame, do not go by what the website says for delivery date, allow at least a month. Otherwise brilliant service

I live in Ireland and have purchased from the frame lab on two separate occasions (6 frames in all). I own a pub and collect various vintage sports shirts, which I frame myself and display in the pub. I have to say that I am delighted with my dealings The Frame Lab and would recommend them highly. Their prices are reasonable and their products are top class. Their instructional video on framing your shirt yourself is also very helpful, clear,and proffesional You may have to be patient on delivery but that extra wait is worth it. I will certainly buy from them again and would advise anyone else to do the same.

Placed an order in November and still waiting for delivery…emails giving different reasons which makes me nervous considering that the item was expensive! Gutted as some good reviews. Fingers crossed this gets delivered for Christmas as it is a gift…can’t give more than one star as I haven’t received anything and the team have not kept to their word, will update if / when it lands!

This was delivered on Christmas Eve…I have to say well worth the wait!! An exceptional product, very impressed. Please just be mindful of the delivery time though! This took 3 weeks - accepting this is a busy time of year. Thank you Frame Lab 👍🏻 I will be ordering again…even further in advance this time though :)

Placed an order required for Christmas delivery on 11th December, never received an email confirmation, have tried calling which just leaves a message to email, which I did 4 days ago, received a response yesterday which annoyingly went into junk folder, still hopeful of an on time delivery though..

This is an excellent company and would highly recommend.

Bought a signed shirt for my son for Christmas. Delivery was quick. When it arrived there was a small peice of paper between the frame and T.shirt - I contacted the company whom immediately offered a replacement. Arrangements to send the replacement and collect the original was made around me and what was convenient.

The frame is high quality - super happy.

Approaching 15 working days and no sign of item contacted the company after 11 working days to be told was getting made that day and shipped that day loan behold still no sign of it or any update on tracking , provide u a tracking number to make it look like its been shipped and would talk what there customer services say with a pinch of salt buy with caution

I ordered a kit to mount a football shirt and it was excellent. I followed the video instructions and I'm delighted with the finished product. It looks excellent and I think at £50 a real bragain.

Bought a EZ frame for a signed shirt I had. I followed the simple videos on how to do it and now it looks like I had a professional do it. If you stick to the video they are really simple to do.
Delivery was accurate as per the website and thought the price was fair.

I admit that I was sceptical over placing an order as there are hardly any reviews and took a chance as my son wanted a framed city signed shirt treble winner item. It does say 10 days to allow for but I guess you have to allow them time to make it for you. It is fully tracked for delivery. Jenny is great from the company and does always email you to update you as I needed this one as a birthday present. Looks good and arrived when she said it would and within the time stated. I hope more people use you and leave reviews to boost your business to be able to help..

Got a double celtic strip framed and quality was outstanding and at a fraction of the cost for actual signed tops. Will def buy again and movie posters look cracking aswell

I put an order in to frame lab, was skeptical at first due to finding new reviews or what orders was like but my item arrived and is perfect, very good quality, I ordered a double signed jersey and frame, it did take 10 days to ship but arrived next day, fully tracked, I will be placing another order soon. THANKYOU frame lab for a brilliant product.

Excellent item , exactly as advertised , delivery was slightly over but it is Xmas so to be expected , I checked this site out after purchasing the item due to the delayed delivery ..read there was no reviews and some comments of a scam site out there on the internet .. I will be honest I was concerned but I can assure you I’ve received my item and it’s superb, I think be patient if delivery is slightly delayed and leave a review for these guys
