Same as many others, placed order, automated acknowledgment of order and payment, then nothing in regard to shipment or tracking. No response to email query, no response using their website “contact us”. Opened dispute procedure with PayPal, immediate response that would be refunded. Received automated email from company confirming payment refunded.

Like others, placed order via website, payment confirmed but no receipt of goods. Have emailed three times with no response, would give 0 stars if possible. I will update this review should I receive my order (35052) but I have very little faith I will.

placed an order on monday in seconds order was marked complete. that was the last i heard from them NO despatch notice NO tracking number NOTHING. WAITED UNTIL SATURDAY STILL NOTHING SO I E.MAILED ASKING WHAT WAS HAPPENING WITH MY ORDER. GUESS WHAT NOTHING NO REPLY. WAITED UNTIL MONDAY AND STILL NOTHING .SO CONTACTED PAYPAL AND NEXT MORNING MY MONEY WAS REFUNDED ,NO EXPLANATION NO APOLOGY NOTHING. BUNCH OF CLOWNS THEY WON'T BE GETTING ANY BUSINESS FROM ME AND LOOKING AT THEIR REVIEWS ON TRUSTPILOT THIS IS THE WAY THEY TREAT A LOT OF CUSTOMERS... BEST TO AVOID THESE CLOWNS.

Took my payment instantly but didn't deliver. Failed to respond to emails requesting a delivery date. Fortunately I had paid via PayPal so retrieved my money.

Same problem,ordered on 19th September took payment,said despatch within 4 days,nothing has been dispatched,checked there address on google earth,company and location don’t exist,3 emails sent no reply.Scam company.

Avoid order anything for this company as you will never receive it. They never answer any of my emails and I couldn't get a refund of them. Luckily I paid with PayPal so got refunded through them.

I was a bit nervous buying from this place based on all of the negative reviews but it's one of the few places that I can buy beef dripping, as a home buyer, at a reasonable price so I gave it a try.

My experience has been the complete opposite of most reviews. I purchased the item, it was shipped several days later and has now arrived. The slabs of beef dripping were packaged very well with each 5kg slab being double-packaged.

Will definitely be buying from here again.

Scam company! Do not use!
I placed an order with them and got confirmation emails for my order and payment received. A week later the order hasn't been shipped and they aren't replying to emails.
Luckily I paid with Paypal so I'll get a refund from them.

Usually I would take note of bad reviews however I didn't and I have to say I regret it. The 12 bottles of orange juice I ordered were rather brown in colour which was off-putting. To be doubly sure, I purchased exactly the same make of orange juice elsewhere and it was a regular orange colour. Clearly the one I ordered from this company had deteriorated in storage. 2 emails sent and no response but from the previous reviews this is no surprise sadly. I would not recommend this

After of ordering an item on the 08/11/2023 received an automated confirmation of order and payment.
Communication adv item would be despatched once payment received.
No further communication from the supplier from this date.
I have called and emailed and there has been no response from the seller at all. I can only conclude they do not want custom or are harvesting money for no goods. The lack of commination and ability to answer an email or phone call is deplorable. Thankfully paid via Paypal so refund on its way
