Ordered twice, both times they have sent different colours to what I ordered. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt as I know mistakes can happen, but the second order the items were wrong and they were also filthy, covered in dust like they had been left outside for ages! Grim.

Product damaged on arrival due to poor packaging. Company not interested in resolving. Better options out there. Don't use this company especially via Amazon.

Damaged goods. Poor packaging. Not interested in giving refund or replacement. Avoid this company. Untrustworthy.

PLEASE PLEASE AVOID SCAMMERS they have stolen my money and I have still not received my parcel till this day! They refuse to give me a refund and have been super rude and unprofessional.

I was worried when i read the reviews of this company and either expected to get nothing at all or fake goods, but I actually received my Cloud B peaceful panda and it was definitely genuine and half the price of everywhere else, so for me this was a great experience with The Glowhouse.

Bought some glow sticks for a customer. The customer said that the packaging showed a best before/use by July 2017.
I asked for help and was told the supplier had packaged the glow sticks incorrectly.
I asked for proof and was ignored until this morning when I reminded them that it was not resolved. They did not answer with a helpful attitude. Not happy with customer service at all. Will never use this company again.

I bought a rainbow neon lamp from the glowhouse's etsy store, which has since been taken down. It is still being sold on their website and described as a 'great night light'. Despite being battery powered, it overheated and the plastic burned through during the night, in my 6 year old's bedroom. AVOID!

Glowhouse initially got my order wrong. Am amazed at how quick they were to correct their mistake & thoroughly impressed at their attitude & professionalism with dealing with an unhappy customer.

I would highly recommend this company & intend to use them again in the future

excellent product and good communication from seller. A********* it is very rare to find a company that puts the customer first and goes that extra step. This seller has gone out of their way to make sure that I am happy and my thought would be to recommend them to anyone. They seem very honest and will definatly get my custom again.

Seller is very unprofessional in dealing with complaints. I did not receive a toy I ordered online and he was very rude on his responses to me.

There are better options online where you can guarantee after care for the products you purchase.

Please do not buy the rainbow lava lamp from here. Purchased one and it was delivered in a very small box. I then realised you add each bit of the lava lamp to have it stand “tall”. It is not safe and not fit for purpose. The lamp is in separate parts that don’t screw in place so one knock of a table, or one sneeze near it and it’ll fall apart.

If you have children they could easily pull the lava component off and they’d be exposed to a roasting hot bulb.

Asked to return and made Glowhouse aware of the quality and safety issues. Super swift response that provided me with a link to return it, however I’d be charged £9.99 for that service. I could use my own return method but tracking would be advisable. For a £25 lava lamp, it is going in the bin and please proceed with caution with this business. I should have paid more attention to the trends of poor quality reviews on here.

The products I bought arrived quickly enough but they were so poor in quality I was afraid to give them to the children as they looked like bits could easily com off. I understand that they were cheap and ‘novelties’ but they should be fit for purpose!
