I must say your staff and service where excellent, my Dior Handbag looks lovely. What a good idea to first send a photo of your bag, than get a prompt email back then a estimate if you want to proceed.

I can see from our records that once your bag was assessed we recommended that it would benefit from more than our standard refresh clean but on this occasion you opted to stick with just the refresh package. I am sorry you feel this has not made much difference to your bag but we do try our best to recommend the correct services based on the age and state of each bag we assess to ensure the best results for our customers. Amazing restoration!
My well used, well loved LV Epi Noe now looks brand new. Because it is a light colour, I was amazed at the transformation: it has been properly restored to its former glory. A fantastic result from very skilled workers. Excellent, friendly customer service too.

I spent over £200 to have my Prada bag…
I spent over £200 to have my Prada bag restored. It took over two months and had to be returned as they did not do a full restoration and that was another £80.
The bag is now useless as the leather has come off the handle and now looks worse than when I sent it to them.
Save your money. Buy a new handbag. I wish I had.

I can see from our records that we returned your completed bag to you in August 2018, so nearly one year ago. As per our Terms and Conditions our work is guaranteed for 6 months so we are now outside of this period.
As we explained in our recent email correspondence with you even though we are outside our guarantee period we are more than happy to inspect the bag for you and would like you to send it back to us so that we can ascertain if there was a technical reason for the issue. We look forward to receiving your bag.

Astonishing work !

I have never been happier with a family company ! They cherished my bag and it’s restored my love for it !
I would recommend using this company and it won’t be long before I am back
