The Hearing Clinic UK Avis 

Was very nervous I am now housebound and my usual Audiologist does not do home visits.However Riz came this morning and I am absolutely delighted firstly he removed my built up wax with microsuction and completely painless not only that he was polite caring and put up with an old lady shuttering on. Have booked him on a regular basis now. Thank you Riz very professional and a gentleman

The "full assessment" isn't full - doesn't include the Speech in noise test for example, which is relevant to people who struggle to hear in restaurants.
To be fair, they'll do that later for free, but you'll not walk out of the assessment with everything you want to know.

My wife and I both took out 5 year plans when committing to your organisation(2024 for myself and 2025 for my wife Margaret Mellor).
In the last 48 hours we have learnt that the Harrogate clinic has closed .Tony Metcalfe ,for whom we have high regard)is uncontactable.No details of how our contracts will be honoured have been given.
I will pursue this vigorously and seek precise details of how we are to proceed and /or the financial compensation the Hearing Clinic is prepared to offer.
An appalling way to treat loyal customers!

I received an e-mail from the Hearing Clinic telling me that my local clinic was closing and have referred my details to another company. I have no information whatsoever about the other company, and I suspect they are not located in Harrogate where I live. There was no explanation or personal contact telling me why this was happening. The only positive is that I only have six months to run on my contract. I advise anyone to think twice about using this company - you are likely to get dumped when they decide to close one of their locations.

PS. I have always received excellent service from both Tony and Jo at the Harrogate Clinic.

Had another great experience at the Hearing Clinic today. I always attend to assist my elderly mum and all our experiences have been excellent. Today mum met wuth a new Audiologist Mhari, which can cause mum to be little anxious, but there was no need. Mhari put mum at ease straight away and was brilliant. Spent a lot of time with mum, getting to know her issues and was very thorough. We were delighted with the service we received both from Mhari and the reception staff. Thank you.

I received very good service every time I visited The Hearing Clinic Ltd in Harrogate. I was very sorry to learn that the clinic is closing down. It will be a big loss to all of us that have used the good services from the husband and wife that ran the place.

As a person suffering from pollen allergies, I regularly undergo ear wax removal treatments. I have been to many clinics over the years, and The Hearing Clinic UK in Harrogate is definitely the best. Besides the staff being absolutely professional, personable and knowledgeable, the treatment also included a hearing test, all for a price lower than anywhere else I’ve been. Not to mention that I managed to get a same-day appointment! I highly recommend this clinic and will surely come back.

I went to the Hearing Clinic on a friend’s recommendation and am so glad I did. The specialist made me feel very welcome. He was very professional, showing me an internal diagram of the ear and explaining how the ear receives and processes sound. He explained the procedure to remove ear wax very thoroughly and with some humour. He showed me the build up of excess wax in my ears and proceeded to remove it all using a variety of apparatus. I was very pleased with everything and will definitely be back for any issues with my ears in the future.

My mum and I saw Tony in Harrogate today. He was absolutely brilliant, friendly, engaging and explained everything so clearly.
Within the space of a hour my mum’s hearing was improved considerably. It has made such a significant difference. Thank you Tony.

I had ear wax removal. Easy and informative procedure. I would always recommend The Hearing Clinic.

Unfortunately dreadful customer service. They shut down the clinic in my area, then they wanted you to travel 40 miles to the nearest one. More or less non existent communication, zero care since shutting down the clinic so breaching their contract, now should have passed details to the new company who have agreed to take on my care and everyone one else from stafford who are not aware of it. So basically would I recommend them NO!

Any company that's worth using or purchasing goods or services from always answer their reviews good or bad.
