Always had great service from HIP and never an issue with returns. Such a shame they appear to be closing down.

We were founded in Leeds in 1987 and have been at the heart of the UK's contemporary fashion scene ever since. Customer Service and Delivery times diabolical
I ordered an item for pick up on Jan 1, which was dispatched for store pick up over 3 weeks ago, the item is still not ready to collect.
I have attempted contact with customer service via all forms available on website, as prompted to do so, multiple times, still no response.
Only given two stars as an order I've previously place was refunded accurately, and was delivered to my address within 7 days.
