Terry made the process of us getting our 1st motability car a breeze. He was so helpful, and had a great sense of humour. He kept us updated throughout the process.
When the car arrived, we knew within 10 mins. He then happily showed us around the car, and answered all our daft questions.

The dealership after sales service team endeavoured to achieve a high standard for us as their customer and this aim of putting all customers first and listening carefully is a difficult endeavour to achieve and maintain.
At the Ashford showroom it seemed to us that the service advisors and the technicians were keen to put their customers first and think of what was needed to make them happy. In our case this was achieved on our first visit.

Order replacement keys for a vehicle and was quoted two weeks at the time of order, two months later have been advised the dealership do not know when they will be arriving and are not able to even track the order. Have now been told when they arrive they do nothing can be done.

The dealership now will not return emails or calls so having to order the keys through another dealer and involve credit company to reclaim monies paid.

JCB Kia Ebbsfleet first visit for diagnostic/repair. Excellent responsive, efficient, communication and that extra mile of caring. I changed arrival time night before, Steve gave us a lift to local station (raining & my husband has limited mobility). Good communication for collection and work undertaken with completed administration at car handover. It is a way from our home but i will not hesitate to use their services again

Recently visited VW JCB Ashford as the locking system on my VW appeared faulty. I spoke to Hayley at Service Reception and explained the problem, and left the car at Ashford so that the fault could be identified and rectified. At 9.00 am the following morning I received a call to advise that the fault had been identified, a new part ordered and fixed and the car was ready for collection. A very quick and positive outcome - thank you Hayley.

Absolute criminals! Really regret buying a car from them. We bought a Toyota and the car was delivered with the tyre warning light on. We took it to a Toyota garage who found the wheel had buckled and the tyre had a leak. JCB Medway refused to acknowledge that the car was delivered in this condition and refused to pay the costs for the repair which was £780! Person we dealt with was Alex Goodger who was unhelpful and unsympathetic. Please don’t use!

JCB GROUP, Dacia Rainham. Rubbish, was not able to contact them to book a service. I tried phoning them a number of times to book my car service. When I phoned, it just kept ringing and no one was answering. Gave up and went elsewhere for my service. Won't be buying my next car from them either, and won't bother trying to use for my next service.

Brilliant service from salesman Paul Eggleton at JCB Gillingham Medway - Paul was friendly, helpful and as importantly not pushy when I was buying my T-Roc. Great experience and would recommend.

From the very first point of contact we knew we were talking to the right place for our chosen used car, Mark not only made the entire process a delight but the professionalism and attention to detail shown added to our overall experience.

Nothing too much to help meet our needs and the follow up & customer care was exemplary, wouldn’t hesitate to revisit when the time comes for another vehicle.

I bought a new VW golf through drive the deal. JCB at Gillingham in Kent supplied the car. It was reasonably straightforward dealing with the admin side by distance as I am not local to Kent.

I didn’t meet anybody I had spoken to when I collected the car. A very nice man dealt with the handover and couldn’t be faulted. He said I would no doubt be contacted later by the salesperson who I was originally dealing with.

I have had the car just over 4 weeks. No follow up call has been forthcoming . This is despite telling them about a little technical problem, which I have since resolved at my local dealership.

I love my new VW Golf style, it would have been nice to have received a follow up from JCB.

However on the 12th December, about 5 weeks after delivery, I received two unexpected parcels from them. One was a mini hamper and another containing some chocolate and a couple of bottles of wine.
This was a very nice touch and speaks volumes in customer care

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE...BOUGHT NEW CAR FROM THEM, PAID EXTRA FOR FRONT SENSORS AND THEY DELIVERED IT WITHOUT THEM FITTED, ALSO WINDOW RUBBER SEAL WAS BUBBLED AND PAINTWORK CORRODED....THEY WOULDENT RECTIFY ANYTHING UNTIL SENSORS WERE DELIVERED AT SHOWROOM, WE HAD TO KEEP COMPLAINING TO GET ANYTHING DONE, THEN WHEN THEY TOOK CAR IN TO RECTIFY THEY WOULDENT GIVE US A COURTESY CAR, SO I WAS WITHOUT A CAR, A MONTH LATER WE HAD TO COMPLAIN AGAIN AS THEY HADNT CONTACTED US TO SAY WHETHER THE CAR WAS DONE, OR EVEN WHERE IT WAS....I WISHED I HAD KEPT MY £18,000 HARD EARNED SAVINGS AND GONE TO A DECENT GARAGE THAT CARED ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS !!

Have just had my vw golf serviced at jcb Ashford it was taken in at the time arranged and finished while I waited. I was very happy the way Nicola and the team performed professionally today. I would definitely recommend JCB Volkswagen.

I had purchased a new battery from JCB, Ashford, but when I got home I was unable to remove the old one from my car as the bolt had got stuck due to rust. I telephoned them up and was told I could come over immediately. The mechanic, Dan, was very friendly, understanding and explained the situation clearly and replaced the battery using specialist tools without any difficulty.

Very helpful and professional. Very happy with the service I received

Totally useless, phone just rings and rings but no one picks up. Tried a few times now. Have given up, will go elsewhere.

Absolutely shocked by their total lack of care. My new vw van has been with them for 6 week and still no closer to getting it repaired under warranty. They are well aware this is my van for work so not been able to work in my van for 6 weeks yet seem not to care less. I will never use jcb vw Sittingbourne again. I would rather drive all the way to Canterbury for my van servicing/repairs from now on. Be very careful and think twice before using jcb vw centre Sittingbourne. Mr Ian Jackson.
