Hello, I’ve been using your vapers for years now and although I enjoy the experience of upgrading my devices it seems like the older versions have a longer life span than the newer truva minis
Or OG Jams. My second truva mini (first got confiscated at a concert) got jammed at the power port so I can’t charge it anymore. My first OG Jams had a faulty temperature control that wouldn’t set. You did replace it with one that cost me almost as much because I live in Mexico and well, it was pricey to get it here. Anyway your lifetime warranty is an overstatement since the rubber part that holds the screen dissolves and doesn’t hold the screen in place, this happened on both my OGs. Also while cleaning, the interior glass tube broke, so much for that one it’s completely useless. I would suggest you provide replacements for the rubber piece and the inner glass tube. Also claiming it’s a lifetime guarantee is misleading and false. Other than that I think your products are worth a try…wondering if they’re worth the price. No question Guarantee is awesome. I love my Kindglass 24" bent neck glass bong (also guaranteed for breakage). I bought 3 and gave 2 to good friends for Christmas. The Lobi is the hardest hitting concentrate pen I have tried. Little bubbler mouthpiece cools vape well. Huge clouds! I still use my The Dream concentrate pen. It still hits hard with new ovens. Really like TKC as well.

I have several Kind products from dry herb vapoizers, oil vapes and a battery. While there have been some small problems with some of these devices, the customer service has been great! The "replacement" cost on their warranty, which is listed as shipping, has gone up considerably from the begining. I will still continue to watch and try new products that suit my needs and hope I don't need to use the warranty!

I love your vapes especially the Mist. I bought it for myself then for my nephew then for my BFF. I’ve bought several Kind Vapes, I guess I’m becoming a collector of vapes.

I have purchased a few things from kind pen. All products work well. I had an issue with receiving the wrong product but after 2 attempts, which was a little frustrating, they actually made it right and I am satisfied with the results. I plan on being a customer for a long time.

I have the OG Jams dry herb vape. First one I got stopped turning off or on within 3 weeks of delivery. It took a bit longer with communicating than I would have liked, but in the end they sent a replacement for free, and I didn't need to return. The fact they stand by with their lifetime warranty is a strong selling point.

I own 2 Brezzy's. Great battery life. Brought them to a two day festival and did not need to charge either. They don't burn the carts. Temp settings for juice or oil. Dropped them multiple times and no issues.

Also own 2 Dezzy's. Awesome dry vape. Huge chamber, easy to clean, love the temp settings and also great battery life.

I have loved the flower vape....I feel cleaner, my lungs feel cleaner, too. I just use it so much that I am going to have to replace it, soon. It isn't holding a charge as well as it did nine months ago when we purchased them...but, they are HEAVILY used, so I am not surprised or disappointed. Will purchase from The Kind Pen again, no hesitation!

I own a bunch of their products. I like having each ready to hit with a different cart in each depending on what I want. I’ve bought five mists (two I gave as gifts) and haven’t had any problems with them. The mist 2.0 is quite different to use but has such an array of temp settings you can really dial in your cart. I have an OG Jams that’s nice to sit back and hit when you want to be discreet. Actually bought two and gave one as a gift. I’ve always gotten a response when I’ve emailed customer support and always had my questions answered.

I've been ordering vape devices from TKP for a few years now. Have the Truva, Deezy, and OG Jams for dry flower. Have the Mist and Covert for oil. Also have the Steamroller for old school flower smoken'. Love them all! Quality made. Modern tech. Plus, you cannot beat the Lifetime Warranty Program. Replaced a couple devices just due to wear and tear. Paid $10 shipping and replacement was free and in my hands in a matter of days. Recently ordered the Chillum and Covert 2.0. Unfortunately, the Covert 2.0 is on backorder. Placed the order a month ago now and still haven't received. Customer service has been responsive to my inquiries about the order but only to say they hope to receive the shipment soon. Would 10/10 recommend. I read some of the negative reviews and it seems that some of the issues are user error or certain types of individuals that are "Karen" types. Keep doing what you do TKP!
