The Lake Garda Villa Company Avis 

I've had a great experience with The Lake Garda Villa Company so far! Alice has been incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful at every step. It's clear they really care about their customers, and it's made planning my trip so much smoother. I’m genuinely impressed and looking forward to the rest of the journey with them!

We had a lovely visit. The villa was perfect for our multiple family units with different areas for each family. The concierge was very helpful and prompt with her responses, however one of the kitchen units was not properly stocked with equipment. The dinners with Chef Josephine were wonderful.

Communication with the Lake Garda Villa company was prompt and helpful, and all our questions were answered. We had a great holiday - Villa Mansarda/Malcesine was in a lovely spot and was very comfortable. The owner was on hand and let us stay late on our final day, which was much appreciated. They could invest in some new towels, though!

So far so good booking was easy

Largely disappointed with both the villa and the information provided before the rental. There was no air conditioning in the main living area of the villa, despite being advertised as air conditioned. In 30 plus degrees, this made it almost unusable - certainly not comfortable. There was no cleaner all week (unusual for a villa rental) - and a very oppressive bin regime for putting different materials out on different days in different coloured containers. Minor point, but the TV had no British programming. The main disappointment though was that despite checking ahead of time that there was places to eat and drink within walking distance - there weren’t. Overall pretty disappointing.

The villa that we stayed in was immaculate and felt like a boutique hotel. It has been renovated to a very high standard. The owners welcomed us very warmly and were careful to be sure that we felt at home. It was one of the prettiest locations on Lake Garda, superb for enjoying the lake which is just a few feet away. Really enjoyed our holiday there, and Lake Garda Villa Company did a great job with the admin and making sure all the arrangements were well made.

Villa Pirandello is an absolutely wonderful property!! Great location; stunning views; super layout and furnishings; and excellently equipped!! Our entire group of eight had a superb time. With its own pool, table tennis table and books - there was something to keep everyone occupied. It was an easy walk from Benaco and with walks for those who enjoy them. The vistas from the terrace were beautiful and staggering!!

All in all, awesome!!

Villa was spacious and very clean, if not a little tired and in need of some TLC. Pool was a great addition and good location for Bardolino centre. We had a couple of electrical outages but agency responded quickly to resolve.

The Villa and location was great.
But not enough towels,wine glasses and no plastic cups to take to the pool.

We stayed at the fabulous Tree House in San Felice. First, the house is breath-taking and better than we could have imagined! The aesthetic is designer-perfect, the location is super convenient (5 mins to the lake, 5 mins to the town) and the quiet was exactly what we needed. I travelled with my family of 4 with my two adult twins, so there was enough space to accommodate all of us. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms all en-suite and the kitchen was kitted out with high-end appliances. There was nothing to want in this house. Christina was incredibly responsive and helpful. Hire Pietro Corradini to take family photos! Best we have ever taken!! Our biggest challenge was trying to decide to camp out at the beautiful house or to actually see other parts of Lake Garda. We just didn't want to leave! Just go - we will definitely be returning.

We celebrated my 50th Birthday with friends as the Villa in Toscolano. It was fantastic - the house was even better in real life than the posting and the location was great for exploring the area! I only wish we had more time. Coordination and communication was very easy and during our stay the host was very responsive to our very minor questions about the house.

We had a fantastic stay in Lake Garda. At first, we were unsure of where to stay but Richard guided us to make sure we chose somewhere suitable for us all. The villa was amazing and so were the views and we had a chef come one night - a real treat! Thanks for all the suggestions too...already looking at Lake Como for next spring!

Once again a lovely experience. We have used lemon tree before and it went perfectly. Now we are all booked ready for next years holiday.

Our holiday in Italy was postponed twice due to Covid, but the arrangements were taken care of and communication was excellent at all times, aswell as useful information being given and questions answered helpfully and promptly.
