At the start I felt worried about extending my lease and some companies I spoke to seemed to focus on what could go wrong. The lease extension company reassured me right from the start that in the right expert hands there was very little that could go wrong and there should always be a solution to any problem that happen . I am very dissatisfied with TLE…
I am very dissatisfied with TLE company. I paid them £960 on 8/8/23 and heard nothing from them as I was passed to a firm of solicitors and a valuation firm
It seems the £960 fee was just to put me in touch with the solicitor and valuer as they did nothing and have not even contacted me on compleation of the lease extension at a much higher cost than they told me
I feel they did very little for the fee of £960 and it was not a fixed fee
I am now being threatened with legal action if I do not remove this post

I recently used the company for two lease extensions. Their communications were excellent. I was regularly updated and had every confidence in them . A stress-free experience. I won't need to use them again but I would if I could. I've recommended them to my neighbours.

I cannot find fault with the whole…
I cannot find fault with the whole process from 1st contact until completion, i have been kept informed by all parties involved on a regular basis, i was given excellent advice and all staff i communicated with were very pleasant and knowledgeable and i could never have achieved my extention on my own. I would highly recommend the lease extension company to anyone who asks.me .

Quicker than expected
For the most part, communication was timely and kept me informed of what to do and when. Process moved along quicker than I expected. Was recommended through a neighbour and I'd be happy to recommend onwards.
