Friendly and professional from initial call to job completion. Clear communication all the way through. Very happy with my boarded loft, complete with shelves and ladder.

We had a pretty basic install (just loft floor) but overall very impressed with the team, they did nice clean work and got it done quickly, from quote to installation was around 1 month.

I was a bit peeved as they had to move the installation date back a couple of days due to sickness, but other than that the whole process was very organised and way less hassle then just have normally found dealing with trades / builders.

I think the price was reasonable. If I needed to do another loft I wouldn't hesitate to call.

Team Leader Mark and his teammates completed a two-day job on my loft. They cleared it out, installed new insulation, boarded it, fitted a new hatch, a new ladder and flap vents. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up thoroughly over the two days. They didn’t rush and ensured everything was done properly. They were also very kind and explained how to operate the new ladder and hatch after installation. Thank you very much. I’d also like to thank Tom for the survey and clear job explanation. Elle and Sharon were fantastic at providing clear communication.

We have a very large loft space. We found The Loft Boys' estimate very reasonable, Ricky - who prepared the estimate - listened to our requests and adjusted the job plan accordingly. The removal and installation over several days went smoothly with good time keeping and good humour. Most of all, the premises were left tidy and as clean as could be expected for such a dirty job. The whole experience was great, quick efficient and exactly what we needed. From the initial consultation, the office and the team that came to the house evey step was explained, quotes were accurate and affordable, and so clean. Our loft conversion was over two days and after the first days work it was so clean you wouldn't know they had been in the loft.

Right from the survey we could see that these guys were professional and knew what they were doing. The loft clear out and installation was more of the same, great work, careful and they kept us informed on progress. They protected the landing, the stairs and the flooring, tidied up all debris and came kitted out to do the job right.
Invited me up to take a look after they had cleared out 40 years of dirt, wasp nests and cobwebs.

I've insulated and boarde my loft with the loft boys. Very professional team, completed the work in the agreed timeframe and exactly as expected. Their office team is fantastic keeping you updated all the way through. I'd definitely recommend them for any loft work you have in mind!

The Loft Boys just completed a four-day installation of acoustic insulation, boarding and a loft ladder in our 140-year-old house. It is a challenging space to work in with very little headroom but the team were professional, tidy, communicative and they adhered to their estimated dates and timings. There was a miscommunication over the required asbestos survey but that was resolved quickly and the expertise of the team put my mind at ease regarding any safety risks. The ladder also had to be re-designed due to our narrow loft hatch but this didn't hold up the work and we are pleased with the alternative solution. Some paint was chipped on our landing cupboards during the work but we will ask our decorator to sort that out when he paints the new loft hatch. We now have a useable, asbestos-free loft space and the acoustic insulation has made a noticeable difference when planes go over, as well as thermally.

Hired The Loft Boys to insulate and board my loft. Very pleased with their service from initial request to survey and finally fitting. All went as planned and promised. Very clean and respectful work carried out. Definitely would recommend for your loft improvements or adaptions.

From the initial survey/quote with Tom, I found the whole process very good. Scott and Nathan carried out the work, always let me know a arrival time , carried out the work to suit my needs, friendly and courteous and cleaned the area every day, I could not fault them or the work, I’m very pleased with everything .

From beginning to end the experience from LoftBoys was second to none. From arranging with the office and the team finishing the loft boarding I was updated through the whole process. Very pleased with final result and surprised at how much space I have after 33 years in this house it’s the first time I have been in the loft as now it’s a bright, clean and accessible . My upstairs is now 1 degree warmer than rest of house without heating on. I was recommended by a friend so now two very satisfied customers. We felt very good value for money.
