I’ve been left suffering seizures every day and incomplete crisis because their prescriber has a personal issue with me, and keeps prescribing my repeat prescription late. This is happening deliberately EVERY SINGLE TIME I enter my repeat prescription. Every time they do this, it causes me to miss days of medication and exacerbate my health conditions. It triggers seizures, resulting in injury and illness and is affecting my ability to live a normal life.
They know all of this - the entire management team, front desk, every GP I’ve worked with, the prescriber - and yet they just allow it to keep happening with NO action or attempt to correct it and NO apologies whatsoever.
The negligence is absolute rife throughout this entire service and anyone who has to be a patient here should be extremely concerned about their and their family’s wellbeing. Because if MacMillan Surgery will deliberately and knowingly put you/your family at risk out of malice and negligence - think about what they’re doing through sheer incompetence as well.
I cannot believe how I’ve been treated by this surgery. Also causing me to miss and become overdue on my smear test - what if I have cancer? Their actions will be preventing me from seeking early intervention.
