Incredible products and excellent service! Very knowledgeable staff and a pleasure to deal with.

I was given good advice on which product would benefit me best, & when a problem with one of the products the advice was to stop taking it for at least a week & then take it slowly by perhaps half a capsule for a week or two & then adding to it gently. ``in my case" very good advice & now am adding a little more till I can use the whole capsule. I also had no problem returning two items (unopened of course) & receiving a refund.

I contacted customer service because my order arrived with the invoice attached to the outside of the parcel which showed what I had ordered and the price. Needless to say, I don't want people seeing that information. I explained that I wasn't happy about it and that no other online retailers do that with my orders. The response from customer service was very dismissive and abrupt basically saying that all retailers were required to do it so they won't be changing their procedures. As my order was for a substantial amount I was very disappointed. I'll probably cancel my subscription as a result as I'm not impressed by this company.

My daughter has been on these for 3 months now. she suffers with OCD and anxiety. i really feel she has become a lot more settled and her OCD compulsions have lessened since taking these. We've obviously had 6 weeks of summer holidays in the middle of taking these, but so far, so good.

This is great magnesium, I’m sure by taking these every evening, my IBS is now almost under control. I take one per night which is my preferred dosage. I like how easy it is to skip or change the subscription and customer service is good.

Its very hard to know where to buy supplements these days. There are so many companies on the market with hugely varied prices. After researching many companies, I have always chosen to use, 'The Naked Pharmacy. I buy some products through the website, and the Vit.D & Magnesium via subscribing with Amazon. With the subscription and FREE delivery via Amazon, this is how I try to save some money. I completely understand why, TNP have to charge postage, obviously, but I want to be able to continue with these products as financially cost effectively as possible. No delays with next day delivery through Amazon which is always important to me.
Quality products I have been taking for about 3-4 years now. Would thoroughly recommend investing in buying from, The Naked Pharmacy. Pure products that feels safer to use and more effective than far cheaper alternatives.
