Regression of potty training….
The nappies arrived quickly and felt good quality. My DD has had dry nights in a disposable for about 4 months, so felt confident to make the switch to reusables. However when we tried these, she not only had 3 accidents in one night, the nappy also leaked, meaning full bed and pj changes.
I emailed to say this, and got a reply to say maybe I hadn’t fitted the nappy correctly, and wasn’t entitled to a full refund despite it being within 7 days.
So disappointed as it cost a lot of money for something that made my DD’s progress go backwards. I was hoping for a more eco friendly solution.

Kirstin did try to help troubleshoot, as overnight reusables can take a little fine-tuning to get right, and she offered to check fit from photos and send an additional booster at no cost.
We'd genuinely love the chance to help you get these working if you're open to it — please do get back in touch and reply to Kirstin's email. If not, we completely understand, and our happiness guarantee means we can refund a used nappy and we can either have that back fully washed etc so we can send it on to one of the charities we work with or you can hold onto it to see if you want to give it another go.

The period pants are absolutely brilliant, I use them for mild incontinence and they are so comfortable compared to pads. I highly recommend them.

I pre ordered nighttime nappies
I pre ordered nighttime nappies. In spite of it being a pre order, they arrived remarkably quickly. The nappies themselves really do last my little one all night. They are great quality and perform well. They are also nice and soft on our baby’s skin.

Really happy with my purchase but just one thing.
They didn’t have any wrapping on them and while being delivered the package was torn which meant the material was exposed.

Haven't had any accidents yet
Haven't had any accidents yet, that's why I didn't give 5 stars. Beautiful fit, lovely material. Didn't know how I'd get on with the high legs but wear them over my normal underwear and very comfortable.
