Great sales service
Great sales service - the speed of delivery was ‘by return’ and ‘second to none’. We were also surprised receive a gift of a radiator key and a pack of “Radiatori” pasta a couple of days later.
The goods that we had ordered was a dedicated towel rail, that bolts on to our Vox aluminium radiator, to replace one where a small component of the support bracket had failed. Unfortunately, on enquiry I was informed that no spare parts are available, so we had to spend £108 on a new towel rail and when received I used the small backing plate to effect a repair on the original towel rail. - an expensive repair - but at least I have spares for the future!

Beautiful contemporary radiator
I was very excited to order this special radiator from Italy and the Radiator Company was quick to communicate. Unfortunately after a very long wait with huge delays, about 12 weeks, the radiator arrived but was then broken on unloading at the suppliers! A second was ordered. It took slightly less long and has now arrived. Despite my disappointment over the several months’ wait, I must compliment Tracey the Customer Services Manager who kept in touch with me frequently the whole time. I was given a discount because of the delays and treated with care and concern throughout.
I now have Covid so am still waiting to see the radiator installed in my home!!
Finally I need to say that I would definitely deal with the Radiator Company again in spite of the hiccups because this is a company that most definitely wants to keep its customers happy and satisfied and uses good old fashioned honesty and courtesy to do so.

Great looking radiator, easy to use ordering website, and very helpful customer service.
The website allowed easy heating calculation and design for our new bathroom towel radiator. Ordering a special build item was straightforward. Emails were received giving progress with the order, but one automated delivery email was wrong, we discovered when contacting customer service. They were very helpful and then tracked the progress for us. Would have awarded the purchase 5 stars but for that glitch. Our excellent new radiator was successfully installed by our plumber today.

2. Facilitating a single delivery of radiators specified from both companies.

Lost my order
Lost my order on their system. Had to provide them with bank statements to prove they had taken my payment.
Never delivered the parts that were to go with my radiator.

We are sorry you had this service from us. However, we can assure you your order was not lost. It was received by us on 21st August, and was processed on 22nd August. There was a lead time, due to the order being painted of 15 working days, which you will have been advised about. A customer services advisor did suggest your order was lost, and we are very sorry for this. However, it certainly was not, and your order was delivered in the time scale we would have expected, on 15th September.
Brackets etc are delivered with the goods, however, they can sometimes be mislaid or go missing. We are sorry this appears to have happened in your case, however, the Proof of Delivery does state 1 Radiator, plus 1 Box, which the parts would have been in. We did of course replace these missing parts for you FOC.
