Therapy Shoes Avis 

Sizing runs extremely large. Tried to give the shoes a chance but to my dismay they could not be worn and were severely uncomfortable. Poor quality as well because one wear was enough to deem them non exchangeable? Highly disappointed.

I got my favourite pair of boots ever from them nearly 8 months ago. I wear them everyday for work so the other day the heel snapped.
I enquired their team on their warranty policy as it was a clearance product and they issued me a 110% account credit.
Which of course, I was expecting a massive “rack off” like most companies do and simply asking out of curiosity. So this was a gratefully appreciated surprise.

Every other pair of shoes I’ve gotten from there have lasted ages and all shoes have been such good quality, comfortable and such an affordable price. Couldn’t not recommend more!

My boots have split in them again for second time but they are so comfortable, but don't look good with splits redwood boots I brought third pair all the same, one pair I swapped and new pair did the same great customer service but give up on swapping them regards Ella

The product was good and the quality was good. However the refund process has been horrible. I put in months ago to get a store credit however I haven't received anything to state what has happened to it.

I recently purchase the Contender Slingback in White Patent with kitten heel and was absolutely delighted with this shoe which was well made, very comfortable and chic. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this company again.

Poorly made and designed. The quality is terrible, even at sale prices.

Bought the “Ranked” style. Sole of shoe is unbendable, the depth of the shoe itself is so shallow your foot slips in and out. The sizing is too small and somehow too big? Combined with a terrible returns policy, a waste of money and I wouldn’t buy from them again. Straight in the bin

I purchased a pair of boots on sale, they were to small around the calf, they also looked really cheap quality. I paid just under $15 postage to try them on and pay another 15 to return them. $30 in postage to try on a pair of boots. In this day and age with so many online retailers around it is ridiculous that I’m out of pocket $30 in postage fees. I live in Melbourne where the boots are being returned. Being a large retailer they would be able to secure discounted postage for their customers if they are not going to cover the postage like other retailers. First and last time buying from them.

Easy process, quick delivery and all items as described. Shoes good quality, well made and beautiful designs.
Needed to do a return due to wrong size, which was an easy process and replacement order was also quick and easy.

I'll fitting, too wide and they seriously stunk when I opened the box - they smelt like a spray painting booth or a nail salon. I had to air them out for two days Whatever is being used to color them absolutely stinks like chemicals and concerns me.

I was so looking forward to wearing my new sandals but unfortunately the weight of the platform heel puts undue pressure on the straps giving me painful blisters. Sadly it was a wasted purchase which is a shame because I love wearing my Therapy boots

I have purchased several pairs of shoes in different styles and beautiful colours from the Therapy Shoes website.
Their shoes are reasonably priced especially when they go on sale. Every pair that I have bought have been comfortable and fast delivery is a bonus.

Had to size up in cowboy boots but they are comfortable and amazing and I definitely recommend!

Placed an order for ritual boots size 37, which is normally my size. After using their sizing chart and purchasing the boots, they arrived too big. Their returns process is ridiculous, they expect to charge customers $10 to return their boots, and then reordering the pair in the correct size. Called customer service to ask what my options are and they basically just said to get a refund of $10 less, then to reorder using that money. They didn’t offer to send out a new pair with easier returns.. don’t expect it to be like iconic. Now i am left with a pair of boots too big for myself.. as their size chart was a let down. Their website doesn’t even shoe reviews for items, or whether they’re made big or small. Will not be purchasing from them again. Its a scam!

Shoes came fairly quickly. The main issue was they were tiny! I had to wear them for a performance (they came last minute so had no choice) so therefore couldn’t return them but they were about 2 sizes too small!
