They listened to our needs and offered expert advice on the best solutions for our bathroom. The work was completed to a high standard, and the transformation was impressive. I cannot express enough how awful my…
I cannot express enough how awful my experience with this contractor was. I've never encountered such poor performance, unprofessionalism, and outright dishonesty all in one. From the very beginning, there was no regard for timekeeping. He never answered his phone or returned calls, making communication a nightmare.
The work done was full of mistakes and issues that had to be fixed, wasting both my time and money. He was incredibly unreliable and unbelievably slow – what should have been a simple project ended up taking FOUR TIMES longer than originally promised. This delay was a direct result of him taking on too many jobs at once and not being able to manage them properly.
Yes, his price might seem competitive, but trust me, you'll regret it. The frustration, delays, and lack of professionalism aren't worth the small savings. Avoid at all costs!

Hi peter, thank you for your time to leave a review however I would like to clarify a few points.
This has come as quite a surprise Peter, as non of this was or has been since mentioned to me or at any point during the work being carried out did you mention your dissatisfaction.
The work was completed and the invoice was sent along with photos which you was happy with.
Since then I had to chase you for over due invoice which has been extremely difficult because you are a call centre controller at easy fix which is a franchise that look after Starbucks sites.
We ourselves have never met nor have you seen any of the work in person.
We showed the staff at the premises what work we have done and showed them how to use it.
We went to the job blind and had to order parts which can take time I’m sure you can appreciate.
Also we have carried out multiple jobs for you at several sites and never have we had any issues.
It seems to me that you have left a dishonest review due to me having to chase for payments and mentioned to you that there will be late payment fees if it isn’t addressed.
This is also at the bottom of every invoice we send to our customers.
We go over and above for all of our clients and do everything we can to satisfy and resolve any issues.
We have great customer care and respect for all
