As an individual, this is user friendly for myself being dylexsic. I have using this company since 2016 and the refresher is simple.
As an organisation, it offers an easy to monitor dashboard and extension for those who struggles to study.
One key thing, there 's actually a human on the phone and not AI.

I had a little trouble navigating the website (totally my lack of understanding nothing to do with the actual site!) I called, and Katy was super helpful; she talked me through my issue with ease. Also Katy noticed I may have booked a course in error and immediately went above and beyond helping me by sorting within 10 minutes!

We have used this company for our Food Hygiene and Allergen training for many years. The staff have a high pass rate and all say that they find it informative, engaging and easy to understand. The customer service is always friendly and helpful when needed to extend a course over the required time.

Very easy to access the course material. The content is well laid out, concise and clear. I particularly enjoy the video lessons with the two guys.
Initially I had a technical issue (problem was my end) that I emailed about, almost immediately I was contacted by Judith, who was very helpful and assisted in resolving the problem.
