Highly recommend using The Shutter Shed - really great customer experience from initial contact through to completion of the installation. Sean's knowledge & expertise helped us understand all the available options so we could select the right shutters for our property. Ordering process was simple, communications around order progress & installation really clear. All appointments were on time & queries answered promptly. Ryan was an extremely tidy worker, who took care of our property during installation & has a great attention to detail to ensure a first class finish - ours is an older property, so we were concerned about the final fit, but Ryan tailored all the finishing trims on each window - the end result is perfect. You rarely get companies who deliver what they promise, but in our experience The Shutter Shed are definitely one who do! 5*

Great service and communication
Shutter Shed rightly have a great local reputation for quality work, products and service. When the appointment had to be put back they let us know immediately and came around to fit temporary blinds knowing we would be moving in to our new house. Ryan came to fit our blinds in two rooms yesterday, a competent polite lad he got on with the job and we are delighted with the results. Expertly fitted, they really finish the rooms off. We have used Shuttershed several times…
We have used Shuttershed several times now and the quality of the product, craftmanship and customer service have always been superb. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Recently we used them for blackout shutters (blind behind the shutters) and these have proved to be better than expected. Highly recommend.

The quality of work is extremely high…
The quality of work is extremely high of both the manufacture of the blinds and the fitting. The installer left the room immaculate and took all the rubbish including the old blinds and vacuumed! Wouldn’t hesitate to use again and also recommend

I have had the best experience from start to finish. The first initial call with Paula was fantastic. Sean attended to discuss what I wanted and took measurements and was very accommodating . Great communication throughout. Finally Ryan installed my shutters and is a lovely guy. Great team overall.

Excellent from start to finish
When the salesperson came out he was very informative, telling me things I'd not heard from other companies regarding shutters.
The quote was the best I'd got and when it came to fitting the job was excellent .
A friend recommended The Shutter Shed to me and I wouldn't hesitate to recommended them myself .

Outstanding company
I cannot recommend this company enough. Customer service from start to finish was excellent. It was a huge, floor-to-ceiling, awkward-shaped window, so not a straightforward install. The company rep was experienced & knowledgeable & filled me with confidence (which is no mean feat) from the outset that the configuration he proposed was the way to go. And he was absolutely spot-on. Quality of product, craftsmanship & value-for-money are outstanding & the fitter even hoovered up after himself 🙂 The shutters have totally transformed the room & I am made up with them. I would definitely use The Shutter Shed again & would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you 🙏
