After having a successful first year of keeping my first 5 tarantula slings (all Grammostola species), and after not purchasing any tarantulas during the summer, I decided to expand my collection beyond the Grammostola genus.

I originally put in an order solely for the W. Longicolli sling, but I added the T. Albopilosus sling as they became available, and I've wanted one for so long!
I really appreciate that TSS has an option at the checkout to add to your existing order, instead of forcing you to make a separate order or reach out to customer service to rearrange!

Both slings arrived this morning in their little cups, wrapped very well in damp tissue paper, which were secured in their box by a lot of packing peanuts! Luckily, despite the wind, the weather was nice and warm for them, and they were both very lively as I was moving them to their new homes.

Both slings have already settled into their new enclosures, and have found little crevices where they feel safe. In fact, my W. Longicolli is already having a feast on the pre-killed mealworm I put near her hide!
I can't wait to raise these little guys too.

Never had an issue, any mistakes iv made, such as adding wrong spider to order, they solved with great customer service. I’ll always shop here from now. Traveled 3 and a half hours for an invertebrate show and the spider shop stall was that busy couldn’t get to the front. Just of 2 orders I understand why. Great company, thank you

Absolute legends! When the scorpling belonging to the kids died, TSS absolutely saved the day! Most parents would swap out and replace goldfish and hamsters, in our house, we swap and replace inverts belonging to stricken children! Fluffy v2.0 aka Fluffy-er is now home, housed and settling in nicely. I think it's complete witchcraft even now how they manage to use some kind of origami folds to get the creatures into the travelling pots complete with half a roll of moist kitchen paper on top! When I grow up, I want to learn this skill.

Sam at the spider shop is an amazing person. I wanted a jumping spider so bad but my son had other ideas and was scared of them. I asked to cancel the order and he did and he was so kind about it. Soon as my son moves out, I will be back to get a jumping spider xxxx Thank you Sam - 5 stars. Rosie

This is the fourth time that I've used Spider Shop, never had anything but five star service, updates on orders, animals, substrates, enclosures, you name it, absolutely wonderful, easy experience as always, I even got a free Spiderplast, see you guys again soon, very happy customer.

My spiders arrived in perfect condition. They were well packaged. I am very please with my purchase. I have had three spiders from the spider shop. My last spider lived until she was 23 months old. Would recommend to anyone considering adopting a jumping spider. Providing the weather conditions ate okay you can set a date when you would like to recieve your pet. Thus gives yoh time to set up everything

They have always been friendly and knowledgeable, while being professional. Their communication is second to none. They are always helpful as they can be. Orders have been sent out at short notice, when needed. Prices are always good.
Any problems, they have done everything they can to remedy them as soon as possible.
All parcels are very well packaged, and delivered promptly.
A fantastic place that can supply all your invert needs.

Yet another outstanding service from the spider shop & SAM - informed me about held up on delivery' because of weather problems always kept informed of &when it was fine for delivery & to be sent out - arranged particular day for it to arrive for acceptance & by set time in which it actually does as promised and animals are excellent packaged to arrive well and active looking forward to more delivery's and poss road show to thank in person ( highly recommend)

The Spider shop are my go to experts, they have an easy to follow website, extensive infornation on all reptile/invert. And at reasonable prices, every aspect of care is taken when posting. And my Tarantulas have always arrived well packaged and secure. They respond quickly to conmunication, weither its a query on a product or just general advice, Ive had a number of Tarantulas from them now and ive never had a problem. I highly recomend.

The spider shop are honestly exceptional and I would give them 6 stars if I could. Spiders always come in fantastic condition and well packaged. The customer service is exceptional, I can be a bit of a pain in the backside as a customer, forgetting to add things to my orders until right at the last minute or forgetting to pay for 'by 1pm' delivery and in all instances they have taken care of it for me at no extra cost, so they really are willing to go above and beyond for their customers in my experience. Would absolutely recommend to anyone, Thanks guys.

My first time buying tarantula’s online, and what an experience from this company. I have never had customer service like this ever!!.. This company goes above and beyond for there spiders and the customer. I was given updates daily, by email and phone calls expressing how sorry ( due to cold weather ) that they couldn’t deliver. Which was absolutely fine. They sent my delivery before 1pm, even though I didn’t pay for that service and also sent the rest of my items later that day, even though I only paid for 1 postage. I don’t know any company that has done that before!
But WOW, my new slings are absolutely stunning all have lovely round bellies, and in tip top condition. And still thriving. I love how you can add extra to your delivery, if you have forgotten something, brilliant idea. So all Christmas and Birthday money was spent, but well worth it. Already put another order in, as the mystery box I received was awesome, I received a Mantis, something I have never had before, and it’s beautiful ( I love it ) so had to get another one.
