I ordered Zion 3s and they came obviously used, dark spots and so on. My first thing to do was go and wash my hands after I opened my "brand new" shoes. Terrible. Order from someplace else

they were very professional. quick delivery. and they updated my order status daily. No complains.

I initially ordered the wrong size for my shoes. They replied to my email very fast and solved my issue in just seconds! The shoes came damaged because of nike's sh¡t quality control, but they offered me a very fair refund which they issued in a very short time after my email.

Ich habe einen Schuh retourniert. Die retoure wurde verweigert weil ich angeblich den Schuh getragen habe. Mir wurden Beweisbilder geschickt für einen Schuh den ich nie so bekommen habe. Total runtergetragen. Jetzt bekomme ich mein Geld nicht und kann nichts machen weil der Laden in Bratislava ist. Wurden mir einfach falsche Schuhe unterjubelt

I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I took my child to choose new shoes, and the staff member who was supposed to assist us behaved quite unprofessionally. He told us that if the shoes touched the floor, they would no longer be suitable for other customers to try. I found this unreasonable — if the shop floor isn’t clean, that’s their responsibility, not ours. Also, if a shoe accidentally falls from a child’s hand, it shouldn't be treated as damaged. Instead of handling the situation with understanding or professionalism, his attitude made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I expected much better service.

They do not cover returns. What a bad service!

I bought KD17 basketball shoes 18.3.2025 from The Streets, Slovak Republic . I recieved shoes 27.3.2025. Shoes were used in three practise and now left shoe have three holes in the side. Shoes are unuseable. I have send many email and messages in facebook and instagram, but they are not answering.
Cant rate custom service, because Thestreets doesnt have custom service...
Never ever order anything from Thestreets!

140€ nel cesso, i rimborsi sono a tue spese e non è specificato bene l'indirizzo, non si capisce nulla.
Veramente uno schifo da evitare.

War anfangs skeptisch und hatte Szenarien, wie Steine im Paket, gar kein Paket, wochenlanges Warten im Kopf. Aber alles gut gegangen. Die Lieferung dauert ca 1 Woche, da aus Tschechien.

Ich hab meinem Sohn Nike Schuhe, zu einem unschlagbaren Preis gekauft. Die Lieferzeit lag bei etwas mehr als einer Woche. Das ist völlig in Ordnung da die Schuhe ja nicht von Deutschland versendet werden. Kann diesen Onlineshop auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

Ist zwar angekommen aber muss es selber zahlen, um es zurückzuschicken…. 7€ kostet der spas für nix. Und eine richtige Adresse wo es hin soll wird auch nicht genannt.

Ich habe am 10.04.2024 Nike AF1 Schuhe gekauft und sofort per PayPal bezahlt. Auf der Homepage wurde ein "schneller" Versand innerhalb von 3-5 Werktagen zugesagt! Heute, 10 Tage später, habe ich noch nicht einmal eine Bestellbestätigung, geschweige denn eine Sendungsnummer von TheStreets erhalten. Zwei E-Mails, mit der Bitte um eine Sendungsnummer blieben gänzlich unbeantwortet! Ich habe den PayPal Käuferschutz eingeschaltet. Auch PayPal hat TheStreets bis dato nicht geantwortet.
