Was told they would not exchange or refund item as each shirt is made to order lol no way are they made to order !!! absolutely disgusting customer service will never use again!!!

The Utility Kilt went above and beyond to make sure I would be kilted up for a work event. Can't say enough good about their customer service and the quality of their product. Recommended them to every person I saw not already in a kilt, found a few other people repping from the Utility Kilt product line, and had a wonderful time. These kilts will last a lifetime if you care for them properly, the price is amazing, and the memories you make wearing one are priceless.

Super helpful!!
I ordered a kilt using normal pant measurements unaware that there are separate measurements for kilts!! When the kilt arrived and didn't fit, they were so incredibly helpful in communicating what the proper measurements would be and sent a new kilt that fit perfectly as fast as possible.

Fantastic Company!!!
I had a special order and a short timeline. Communications were professional and frendly. The Utility Kilt was able to make the kilt EXACTLY as I requested and beat the deadline I needed. I am extremely pleased with every aspect of my experience with The Utility Kilt Company!

wrong sizing
sent them the correct measurements, they sent me a stock item off the shelf, then tried to gaslight me by doctoring the invoice, those are not my measurements

Not great quality from Pakistan
I did a lot of research to avoid a kilt made in Pakistan because I read bad reviews. I looked hard and they successfully hid the fact that these are from Pakistan. The material is thin and not good quality, the brass buttons are barely hanging on the material. It feels like a frilly skirt rather than a kilt. White cheap velcro holds the pockets.
