DO NOT BUY!!!! terrible product and after care service equally as bad.
We buy lots of industrial steps and recently we purchased 2 sets of steps for our factory, The description read suitable but found the wheels kept failing [New concrete and factory conditions]
I asked them to come out to the factory to investigate why there product was failing they refused and said it was miss use. They did offer replacement wheels but again failed time after time. Poor product and aftercare.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs, supply sub-standard equipment and have no interest in resolving issues. Handle bent on pump truck whilst lifting pallet of coke. (Well beneath weight capacity). Replaced handle only for the same issue to arise within a few months. No interest in replacing any further. We have had our other pump trucks for over 10 years and bought an additional one 12 months ago. Neither of these (purchased elsewhere) have encountered any issues.

Bottom panel problem.
Whilst its a robust unit the instructions, as with many things, is absent some key details especially for the bottom panel. Firstly the piece supplied doesn't look like its picture (on the components page), so that caused some confusion and trail and error using the top panel until we figured out which was which and how both needed fitting as the top panel fits from the inside and then needs bracing whilst you wrestle to put a couple of screws in. We then had to tilt the whole unit to get access undernesth to fit 4 screws from the underside which arent even mentioned in the installation guide but clearly needed to tie in the bottom to the back panels. All the above meant we ended up scratching some bits and causing a spatial problem in getting to the underside of the mostly built unit.

Excellent quality and perfect for music gear!I just received the RAMP-SUITCASE 2 today and I am genuinely surprised by its quality! It is incredibly robust yet remarkably lightweight and easy to handle. I bought it to send to my brother in Romania, who will be using it to load heavy musical equipment and sound systems. After unpacking and inspecting it, I can confidently say it’s a fantastic, high-quality product. Highly recommended!

Garage defender
I bought a garage defender a couple of months ago and fitted it. On Tuesday I got up to find that thieves had levered it up and got in my garage and stole my motorcycle. I sent pictures of the bent defender to the company and had a reply off Luke who said as a gesture of goodwill would send out a replacement which came the next day. Fantastic customer service. Thank you.
As a further precaution I have added a third bolt as the unit only comes with 2 and they have been welded for extra security.

Dent in product but...
I purchased a perforated tool bar for the kitchen (to hang kitchen wear on) and the delivery was quite quick however I noticed the panel had 2 dents on the sides. I emailed the company and within a few minutes Christina from The Workplace Depot answered and after I had explained what had happened, I was given 15% discount which was great. The alternative would be to return the panel for a replacement which could cost more than the actual panel. Good outcome.

The Sackbarrow-3.
The Sackbarrow-3 arrived quickly and well packed. It needed assembly but all components were there and everything fitted perfectly. Need your own tools. This is a good quality item and looks the part. Yet to use it but I have every confidence it will last a good long time, made from good "stuff". Contact with the company via Christina was swift, pleasant and helpful. No issues with the item, just making a query about wording of instructions.
Would recommend the product and company.
Price appears to be the "going rate" for the item.

Shoddy service and product
I ordered a trolley (item# WD-6) from this company. It arrived as a flatpack in a reasonable time. when I came to assemble the trolley, the nuts and bolts required were absent. I contacted the company to ask for the fasteners. The customer service staff responded swiftly to say they had notified their product staff and would get back to me asap. Well, I had to prod them for nearly a week to get a solution. The solution offered was that I buy my own nuts and bolts and thyey would refund 20% ( £30) of the purchase price. As it appeared this was going to be quicker than them source and send the fasteners, I agreed. I was left puzzled as to why they couldn't open up the same item in stock and remove and forward the fasteners therein. So I ordered the fasteners off eBay, which cost me £12 and a further delay of 4 days. The fasteners arrive and I begin to assemble the trolley only to discover that the tubes that the legs go through have not been deburred and so the legs won't go through, plus I cut myself on razor sharp swarf. In addition the tubes werewelded at a slight angle (The welding was awful with spatter everywhere). Luckily, I am a DIYer and have a fair array of tools and I used a rounded maetal file to deburr and open up the tubes. After that assembly went smoothly and the trolley is a sturdy beast. BUT the fabrication is of a poor standard and the service by The Workplace Depot shoddy. If you don't have basic DIY knowledge and tools give their products a swerve.

Had an issue with one of the bollards we purchased, within 5 mins of reporting the issues a replacement was sent, very good customer service and fast resolution to the issue.
