Thomson and holt is the worst company I have ever worked with. Don't throw your money away like me. I paid $700 for an application that was supposed to open my Amazon account and the application was copy pasted from the internet. Of course my account was never opened. After that they didn't answer my phone or mail. My account was finally opened with 50 dollars that I paid to upwork.

They take your money , makes 1 appeal , it doesn't work at all , and doesn't respond you back !
Call them before you start work with them , you will see that they never open the mobile .
You can work with them if you want to your money get stolen.

Absolute pathetic service! Do not believe the 100% account reinstatements they have on their website as they have failed to reinstate my account. Lucy only replies once every week or two and that's after you have to chase her. It's been 4 months she's been asking pointless questions just to stall. Just have a look at their twitter likes page at the disgusting unprofessional behaviour from the company!

"I contacted Thompson and Hold to have my Amazon account reinstated, and they assured me they could do so within 3 weeks before I made payment. However, it has now been 5 months and they are still stalling. In particular, the person they touted as their best employee, Lucy Gibson, has been unable to solve the problem and whenever I ask for an update, I am met with "I don't know" responses. Their email response times are also very slow. Avoid this company at all costs - there is no refund and they cannot solve your problem. They are a rude and incompetent firm."

SCAM
I hired for a solution to block duplicate accounts and sent the information about my case, which was totally ignored. They sent me a totally generic plan, the kind you find for free on the internet. I asked on the same day that I hired them for a refund of the 1000 pounds I paid and they do not want to refund me claiming that they have already started the service. They made a ridiculous single 1 page plan and think they can charge me £1000. A real rubbish, totally disrespectful and bad. I will get my money via chargeback.

I paid £700 for an appeal letter for Etsy account
They told that “once you have made payment we will give you these details” & “Your case manager would advise on this”
But they did not discuss your case and will send you a “robot” letter like a copy paste from Google then ask you send it to Etsy. My account is on etsy but the letter appeal for Amazon Account.
I am sure that they know nothing about Etsy marketplace or its appeal processing. I “taught" them about Etsy’s policies later
Eventually, they told me to send the letter to some emails without any response and ask me to wait from May 2022 until now. If there is not have any response from these emails, they will not take responsibility for this, so their job is completed
I read many reviews before working with them but now, I believe that all reviews are fake or honest review be hidden
Please do not be scammed like me

Section 3 Drop shipping appeal
Thanks to Laura my account is now reinstated. It took 3 months to resolve a section 3 drop shipping suspension I was told it would take 2 weeks but it’s fixed now.

Not worth it
I used the service last year to help me resolve a simple ban - they said I had 9/10 chance of resolving.
Could not help me get my account back - the service is provided and they do write submissions for you but they are copy and paste jobs and did not work on getting me re-activated.
Save your cash - write an appeal with the help of experienced sellers or through seller support forums.

Before your payment,they will always online to answer your question,very kindly.
After the payment,they only send you a standard templater letters,a person who even never read your mail only send many standard letter.you will never find anyone can answer you,i tried to contact by online message,whatsapp,nobody will answer,even you know they are online.after 3 month,my account still suspended,but before they told me it is not a problem.
NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO LOSE MONEY.
